Already had prescription, went in for glasses, Thaddeus (Tad) was very helpful and knowledgeable. My prescription was missing a plus or minus on one of the settings and he called my optometrist to have a new one faxed to him. After waiting quite some time he called them again to try to get it ASAP finally he added the sign to the one I brought in and noted that he had talked to them and went ahead with my order.

I was seen by Dr. Dixon Wong on Friday and I went back the next day to accompany by boyfriend who was seen by Dr. Dennis Wong. (Twin optometrists, that's pretty neat!!) Both were really thorough with the examinations, very knowledgeable, friendly, and just straight up cool dudes! The receptionists were also super sweet! Definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Dr Dixon Wong was also my Optometrist when he was in the Montebello Mall. Rialto is sadly too far for me to travel. He is EXCELLENT! I'm hoping maybe his brother is nearby, but I'm betting they both went to the same place. Too darn bad for us. You people in Rialto really are lucky to have Dr Dixon Wong. You'll like him! If his brother is there, you'll like him too. You won't be able to tell them apart, either. Just watch! LOL! Great eye Doctors.

This review is for Dr. Dixon Wong who was previously my eye care specialist for almost 10 years. He was awesome and I really appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and explain the various issues that affect our vision. I was a patient of his at the Montebello Town Center and I am very sad to hear he is no longer practicing there. Rialto is too far for me to travel but I'm sure he is doing great work in the IE.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was diagnosed with keratoconus a few years back. After useless and costly surgeries and painful hard contact lenses I gave up on alternative methods of vision correction. I strolled in here hoping to just get a prescription and a pair of glasses. I was told by other so called doctors that a soft contact lens was out of the question. Boy were they wrong! Doctor Dixon Wong slapped a pair on my eyes and guess what? I could F#$ken see again. I'm not sure what these other doctors are doing. It seems that they care more about $$$$ than their patients

This is my first time here and I was very satisfied with the service. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my specific situation. He fitted me with contacts based on my occupation and history. Even as a walk-in, I was in and out in about an hour. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks!
