Studio 4:8 Yoga
Studio 4:8 Yoga provides Christ-centered classes in an intimate setting for individuals of all levels and beliefs. We strive to empower growth in the mind, body, and spirit through the modality of yoga in Lincoln's only Christ-centered studio. We can't wait to have you join us! Unsure what to bring or wear to your first class?

Clothing choice doesn't matter too much, so long as it isn't too loose and not too tight/can withhold stretching. Most men wear baggy gym shorts/sweatpants with a t-shirt. Women often wear workout leggings/sweatpants with a t-shirt or sports wear top. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries.

This teacher training will provide Christ-centered learning in an intimate setting for individuals of all levels and beliefs. As Lincoln's only Christ-cenetered studio, we will strive to empower growth in the mind, body, and spirit. We see this as a yoga training/life investment for balance, self development and/or is for those desiring to advance their practice.
Relax and pamper your tired muscles and spirit. Restoratives are meditative poses in which the body is supported with props and held for extended periods of time. Both soothing and regenerating, restorative poses help bring balance to our demanding lives. Restorative Yoga is a passive practice using props (such as blankets and bolsters) to facilitate deep relaxation in each pose.
Discover a deep relaxation while being bathed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and koshi chimes. The combination of sound and restorative poses can strengthen one's meditative experience. Restorative Yoga is a passive practice using props (such as blankets and bolsters) to facilitate deep relaxation in each pose.
Using an ancient hands-on healing technique, Reiki's therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to their natural state. This alternative therapy is used to help a variety of mental, emotional and physical challenges such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and acute or chronic physical pain.
Calling once again our younger yogis and yoginis for our monthly yoga practice designed for kids and fun. We will have a 45 minute practice to feel through our movement, what being thankful feels like. We will then use about 30 minutes to enjoy a pine cone craft. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I would love to fill a brown paper grocery full of none perishables to donate to the food panty.
