We strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and care to each customer with personalized massage therapy & restorative-focused private yoga sessions. Our Mission is to provide a holistic approach to wellness, through the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and sacred spirit.

After meeting in massage therapy school in 2006, Mindy & Michelle realized they shared the same vision for a future business and in 2011 Juniper was born! Together, they have carefully curated a sacred space where all are able to find their path to wellness. Through bodywork, yoga, and our continued education of the human body we strive to make everyone feel welcome.

Our signature massage includes a warm juniper-infused towel placed along the spine to begin unraveling muscular tension and stress. Your therapist will then customize an essential oil blend that will be absorbed into the skin during your massage to further promote the body's own natural healing abilities.

What to expect for my appointment - please plan to arrive early, discuss with your therapist any concerns or goals for your session. Feel free to let us know about pressure, temperature, or any discomfort you experience during your appointment. We always do our best to exceed our guests expectations, but if there is something you specifically want worked on, do not be afraid to ask!

We love going here. The massages are perfect and they really listen to what your needs are. We have also done facials and they've been so relaxing. My face is always rehydrated.

The service at Juniper is amazing. The team take time to listen to your needs (and where it hurts) and provide a massage or cupping that I have always found hits the mark! Highly recommend!

I have used Juniper Spa since I moved to Lincoln. I have tried other massage centres and have never been treated as well as I have here. I am always given the massage strength I ask for. The cupping here is amazing as well. I think the staff are magicians and I always look forward to a return visit.

So professional. And my massage was amazing. Michelle is definitely your gal if you're needing a deep tissue. Mindy also does such an amazing job! Absolutely no complaints. If you haven't tried this spa you need to!

I've had several massage sessions with Michelle, and they've all been wonderful. Great atmosphere, quiet and professional. Whether it's just to relax or relieving sore muscles, I always feel great when I leave.
