The home inspection is preformed by the Texas Real Estate Commission's standards of practice Inspecting Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances. We are so happy we went with John at Houston’s Edge to do our 1 year warranty inspection. There were several things John found that needed to be addressed by our warranty company prior to our warranty expiring. Had John not caught these things we would be paying to fix them in a few years. John was thorough, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Our inspection report was sent to us the next day. John provided services beyond what I could have expected. I would 110% use his services again, and highly recommend him!! His report was very detailed and he captured areas I would not have expected he would include. I felt he genuinely cares and takes his job very seriously. John did a great job inspecting our newly built home. He was very thorough, for example inspected every outlet in the home. As a new home buyer, I asked a ton of questions and John was ready to answer them; he was very knowledgeable about whats up to code.
He was punctual and professional and provided the report the following morning; fast turnaround.
