Below is a comprehensive list of the items that Counter Home Inspections will inspect on every TREC regulated home inspection. Each item will be itemized within your personal inspection report. On every standard inspection, a comprehensive analysis of your home's foundation system will be conducted.

Andy Counter of Counter Home Inspections was thorough and wise. Through the process of looking for our perfect home Andy had to give me the bad news that the home my husband and I picked out had bad pipes. I was heartbroken. Andy was extremely thorough & professional. He inspected our brand new home after our builder insisted an inspection wasn’t necessary. I am sure glad we had Andy come out, because he caught so many mistakes and code violations. Some how mistakes made it passed our city inspector, but Andy caught every one of them. He also had such a detailed, clear, and organized report that it was easy to point out these exact mistakes to the builder & city inspector.
