Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. We called the emergency number and Dennis Whitley came to our rescue. He was polite, punctual and thorough. Covenant is lucky to have such a professional working for them.

I had to get a new furnace and AC unit this year which was something I wasn't expecting to do so soon, but Covenant made the process very easy and their staff are extremely kind. Especially Dennis. Today I had my annual AC check up and Dennis took the time to explain everything to me and even took out my hose and cleaned my unit for me. Such a kind soul.

We found Covenant after having a poor experience with a local small-town HVAC company that was really just out to get money.
Covenant has proven to be an excellent company to work with, in our experience. We've had technicians out to service our furnace and our central air unit. On both occasions (the furnace being an emergency after-hours call)… the technicians were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.
Their prices are fair--and we have never felt as if the techs were trying to add on or hide fees. We elect to have them do inspections and cleanings of both of our HVAC units and this
