Services
J.C. Dillon, Inc. is a name you can trust as your plumber. We have serviced both residential and commercial clients for decades and our experience is second to none. Plumbing is defined as the system of pipes, drains, fittings, valves and fixtures installed for the distribution of potable water for drinking, heating and washing, and waterborne waste removal.
Many people don't think about their sanitary sewer system until there is a problem. It is easy to overlook the importance of sanitary sewers: out of sight, out of mind. But your sanitary sewer plays a critical role in moving wastewater out of your home and through the treatment system where it can be filtered, cleaned, and reused.
When you live in an area that gets a lot of rain, you are probably well-acquainted with what a storm sewer is. Storm sewers are designed to direct rainfall away from roads and areas where water can pool and flood. The rainwater and runoff is then shuttled through piping, which release it into streams, rivers, or other bodies of water.
Our sewer cleaning & televising service uses high pressure water jets and vacuum to make the right combination that will quickly and thoroughly clean sewers and pipelines varying in sizes from 2" - 96" and larger. Coupled with our state of the art video inspection units, we are prepared to inspect lines for integrity, leaks and infiltration.
Our Utility Contractors division performs electric, communication and gas construction throughout Central Illinois. We are proud of our history of service, and continue to broaden our scope of services by offering inside and outside utility services. Our company has always had great synergy by teaming with both municipalities and various construction firms.

Derick from Dillon plumbing came to my house in Pekin to fix a blocked bathroom sink drain and was so professional, nice and helpful. He even replaced the stopper in the bottom of the sink. Sink drain has never looked or worked better since buying the house 4 years ago. Got burned by trying a local plumber 1st from a heating and cooling company and he just made issue worse and still charged me for his time. Dont waste your time and money and call Dillon plumbing 1st!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They left the concrete cutter unattended and proceeded to walk a good 4 to 5 yards away from it what like are you kidding me what happens if a child were to run out by it. And on top of that the worker proceeded to throw his cigarettes onto our property. That’s outrageous and infuriating.

Attempted to repair water softener by replacing metering device. $441 repair. Water softener did not work following service call. Came back. Replacement metering device not working. Got it working and charged me an additional $218. Complained. Settled for $109. I will be looking for a different plumber the next time I need one.
