Frank and Pam Shearer opened Covenant Heating & Air, LLC in May of 2004 starting as a home-based business with the family van, a few tools and a team with a dream. Today, Covenant operates their primary location in Pekin, Illinois with a team of employees and vans serving Pekin, Peoria, East Peoria, Lincoln and other surrounding communities.
