I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and am sad to be leaving. My time with HSI was a great first rental experience, and everyone who was apart of their team was always nice! They even killed bugs for me (without complaining)- something that shows you how special these people are!
I'll miss what HSI offered and did for me a lot. I highly recommend to go with HSI if the opportunity ever arises!

I rented through HSI for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. The apartment I lived in was absolutely beautiful and newly renovated. There was a ton of cabinet space, granite countertops, hardwood floors, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. The rooms were big and had walk-in closets. Over the years we had some normal repair problems with our toilet and dishwasher but HSI was very responsive and got the problem fixed the first time every time! I also loved that we got free parking and I didn’t have to pay an extra fee for that!

HSI is a great place to rent from. They really give you the feeling that you are renting from a family, rather than some big business. They very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Their units are close to campus, in great condition, and they fix any issues in a timely manner. They have very competitive rents and are all around great people. Couldn't recommend them enough.

HSI is a great place to rent from. I originally rented from the larger company in the area of Whitewater, and nothing compares to how HSI treats us now. Bob, the owner, always responds rapidly to concerns, and will have someone there to fix anything either day of, or next day, no matter the situation. The online portal also creates an easy access place for voicing any concerns about your residence, and it makes online rent payments a breeze. Obviously, no company is perfect, but I HIGHLY suggest HSI over all other landlords in Whitewater, WI. :)

HSI is an excellent rental company. I lived in Whitewater for about 5 years and used them for 4 of those years. They are very responsive to any issues you present. They are also almost always in the Whitewater area and able to handle any issues within 24 hours. Overall they were great to rent from and great people. Highly recommend

I HIGHLY recommend renting through HSI Rentals. Bob is the best when it comes to customer service and timeliness, and he's a UWW alum! He clearly operates under the Golden Rule, and he takes great pride in his properties. I decided to sublet my place for the year, and he was understanding and very helpful through the process.

I am so glad that I ended up switching from a different rental company to HSI last year and continue to rent from HSI for another year currently. Renting from HSI has been the best experience, any issues that we have had in our house were dealt with in an extremely efficient manner with a great response rate. Bob and all the other individuals who work for HSI have all been super kind as well, which I know isn’t always the case when renting. I highly recommend renting from HSI!

Bob is seriously the best landlord- he's always been really sweet and friendly. He will answer emails as soon as possible if you ever need anything. I'm currently living at 304 N Tratt St and I love the apartment so much, haven't had any problems at all. Plus, he doesn't charge extra for dogs or cats! :)

HSI rentals is a fantastic place to rent, the business is run by a nice family and they work hard to help their tenants. They can handle everything from emergency plumbing disasters to broken windows! this property is well taken care of, and that has made me a happy tenant for nearly five years. Worth it!

HSI Rentals have the best college houses in Whitewater. Bob was a great landlord. He was nice and extremely responsive to any issues we had. You could tell that he really cared about maintaining the place and… made improvements every year to make it look brand new. I would recommend anyone at UW-Whitewater looking for a house during the school year to rent from HSI.
