Meadowridge Apartments

The apartments are very clean, affordable, and the staff renovated the entire apartment before moving in. The appliances are not new but are in good used condition and the manager has been on top of any issues that we have found with the place/ that have come up.

I’ve lived here since November. Jeff has always been there for whatever I’ve needed, his maintenance and cleaning people have always been promoted! The property is so neat and kept up ! The winter months the side walks are cleaned off early in the morning and salted so no falls going to your cars! I’ve appreciate everything Jeff and his staff do to make this apartment complex great place to live!

Great property manager-Responsive and fair. Apartments have all the right amenities, walk in closet, W/D, etc. Convenient location -walking distance to grocery, YMCA and library, close to highway. Highly recommend.

Very clean and well kept apartments, from the inside to the outside. Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly landlord!

Commenting on an earlier post: Dee is no longer property manager. She was prompt with neighbors having w/domestic arguments, but not w/mailing paperwork to the main office - causing payment issues after she left. Though fixed in the end, Premier was not customer friendly about the issue, even though it was the fault of their employee.
I want to like the place, but there is always some new problem, far too many to give it a completely favorable rating.
- WARNING: Lighting has struck the grounds twice in 3 yrs. We were informed after the 1st strike the apt was not grounded properly when built.
