We lived at Meadow Blossom for 4 years. We were very good tenants - always paid rent early, kept our apartment very clean, were quiet and respectful of neighbors, and rarely even called maintenance.
When we scheduled a move-out date the landlord sent us a 10-page packet of items to clean in order to get a full deposit back. It included things like scrubbing the kitchen cabinets, baseboards and trim, and even removing cobwebs from the OUTER brick of the building. The extensive list included many things that apartment management typically includes in their own cleaning/turn over process. I've never

RENTERS BEWARE!!! Stay as far away from this place as you can. They are WAY overpriced and are poorly maintained inside. Outward appearances look great... but inside things are NEVER fixed properly...only glued together, and you will be blamed for the damages.
They also have NO REGARD to WI realestate laws in regards to security deposits. They will try and nickle and dime it down ANY way they can. So be prepared to fight to get what is rightfully yours...YOUR MONEY.
The single car garages are dangerous....the spring snapped and almost landed on my car...the couldn't get anyone to fix it untill
