The staff in this location were very unprofessional they were rude they would not exchange a walker that was purchased and had a receipt they were very unkind and very unprofessional each other yeah and talk talked about us behind our backs amongst each other in the back room where we can completely hear them so rude I wouldn't go to this place if you paid me to

It was recommended that I look into wearing compression stockings for recent bout of swollen feet. I didn't realize there was much more involved than selecting the size of the stocking. To get a customized fit, I met with Sydel Howell and Sara Cummings. They explained the causes of swelling in the lower extremities and how gravity negatively effects the return of fluid. They methodically measured my feet and legs to make sure the correct compression stocking was selected. They also spent quality time to ensure proper placement and removal was understood. Customer service is excellent from sales

Just stopped by for compression socks and wanted to cry because my legs felt amazing literally seconds after putting them on. Sydel Howell measured me for a custom fit and taught me how to put them on. She made me feel very comfortable. Like she said "leaving with a pep in my step" and smiling. Thank you soo much!!! I recommend anyone and everyone to come to this establishment their customer service is amazing thank you soooo much!
