Created an account to pay my homeowner dues online. I couldn't believe there was an $8.95 charge if I paid that way. You can respond all you want Dude, thats a RIP OFF! PS Oh its posted correctly. Im sure with the amount of revenue you receive, you don't need a third party vendor. I pay all my other bills online and I am not charged EXTRA.

I have been using NEPA for a while. When rent is getting paid, they do a passable job, but with the last tenants I've had, who rarely pays on time, they are pathetic. Their communication on the problems, fees they are socking ME with, and general apathetic attitude is horrible. I have told them NOT to take the tenants to court anymore, I plan to evict them next month when their lease expires, but they sent a notice to the court once again and charged me a fee. Never again, I am getting out of the landlord business, and can't wait to be rid of NEPA as well.

NEPA Management Associates provided a great service with a recent property we had sold at auction.
Their employee Gene escorted the winning bidder onto the property after the sale professionally and on short notice.
