HOA fees for only 37 homes in an over 200 unit development, has increased 380% from 2019-to estimated cost for 2020. The "President" of the Board-her husband is the grass cutter/snow remover! This was the most egregious increase. From $2500 to $7,800. They say not all homeowners are paying so I guess this means the forecast includes those that do pay to make up for the delinquency of others.
The five-star comment listed here is from Christine G. is an employee of 4 Star. Not very ethical.
Really going to investigate this tyranny of finances with my town Administrators. BTW, the bill was received

I am so confused why the management fee goes up, yet this is no management other than sending an invoice. Additionally, EVERYONE in the community and OUTSIDE it uses the budgeted areas (which are not kept up at all, so why is this cost left to only 36 houses!?) Think the city of Easton needs to take a look at this.
