Please note some items may not be the responsibility of your Association to repair. Please check your homeowner documents if you are unsure of the responsibility of the issue prior to making a request. In such cases when it is an owners responsibility, We may provide you with some references of contractors for your item.
The terms and conditions are the same for your email submission as it is for the rules and guidelines of your community governing documents. By Checking the Box I have read and understood the terms and conditions associated with submitting my nomination via web submission. I am also confirming my information is both true and accurate and may be shared with the community.
The board will be forwarded your request and a reply will be issued within 48 hrs of your request. To avoid delay it is highly suggested you attach a photo, drawing or document which clearly show the item and intent of your request. If Approved you will be issued a notice indicating the boards Acceptance of your request.
