I received the most Beautiful Flower Birthday Cake yesterday from Exotica!! What an extraordinary arrangement... the flowers were so fresh and vibrant that it took me minute before I realized everything was real . The Birthday Candles on top were the finishing touch . Thanks !

Absolutely terrible customer service! I received flowers for Easter through Exotica. Exotica delivered them on Friday and left them on my porch with no call or knock on my door despite's frigid temperatures. The flowers were not wrapped - just left on the cold porch cement floor until I saw them Saturday morning. I called to complain (they were already shedding petals) on Saturday morning and I talked to Christina and later Teddy. christina indicated she would report the situation. Neither did anything to rectify their terrible service! this is my first Yelp review ever but I am hoping

I received gorgeous roses for my birthday. They are the most beautiful roses I have ever received. I would highly recommend this florist.

For Valentine’s Day this year I ordered a bouquet from Exotica for same-day pick up and it was absolutely beautiful! Despite it being a busy day, they had it ready at the time I requested and were able to get me in and out of the store very quickly. I definitely recommend Exotica Florist to anyone looking for full, fresh flowers :) it hasn’t even been a week and I’ve already ordered another bouquet from them

Flowers were great. They lasted two plus weeks and came arranged in a heart shape. They were very polite and respected my desire for masks and social distancing.

This florist is absolutely unprofessional & the flowers they deliver is not what you pay for. Their customer service is terrible. They are unhelpful and they give you a 1-800 to go and solve your issues.
This is what I wrote for them... everyone should know this. Your customer service was absolutely unprofessional and I will make sure I will include that in my review. While helping me on the phone for sympathy flowers your associate put me on hold and was were ordering their lunch loudly as to what type of French fries she likes..... are you kidding me??

I will no longer by flowers from anyone except Exotica Florist! They knew exactly what I needed for my wife who recently delivered our baby boy. Not to mention whoever orchestrates and arranges the flowers has an eye for attraction. My wife can't stop loving them.

Exotica Florist is a diamond in the rough! My wedding was 10/05/19 and Exotica Florist was my personally selected florist. Why, because her work is priceless, her design is fabulous and the flowers were breath taking! So beautiful!!! I highly recommend Exotica and especially praise Wadia and her team. We are forever grateful!!

Wow! I couldn't believe how fresh and beautiful the flowers were from this florist!! I was in a wedding about a month ago and everything from the men's flowers to the centerpieces was perfect! Vibrant colors and secure bindings made the arrangements perfect for a wedding. The women came and set everything up all we had to do was grab bouquets and walk down the aisle. I actually used to work in a florist and consider myself to be a flower snob. I was so impressed with these flowers!! Great job Exotica!

I received flowers from my boss from here and the only reason I think they were from here was via 1-800 flowers. They were delivered WITHOUT water and died 2 days later. Unfortunate because I know my boss paid more than he should have for them. I am an event planner and will make sure to NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. SAVE YOUR MONET

Asked for two Calla Lilies as a small gift, and I requested some wrap around the flowers. Not only were the flowers beautiful and amazingly fresh, the filler around the flowers were just as gorgeous. They put together this beautiful tiny, little, mini-bouquet in minutes, and I couldn't help but smile instantly when it was brought to me to purchase. The smallest things in life sometimes matter the most.

Beautiful , tasteful and special.. that was the only thing I could think of when I saw these beautiful arrangement made with love just for our wedding.
It was in 2015 and till this day my guests still talk of how beautiful it was all thanks to the amazing Wadia :)

I love supporting locally owned shops but sadly I cannot recommend this florist. I have no idea what the dead flowers were....tiny tulips perhaps? They shriveled within a day or two.

A tremendous wedding experience. Wadia was very thorough, patient, and reasonably priced. The centerpieces and my wife's bouquet were wonderful and the runner was uniquely patterned.

Ordered flowers for valentine's day. Called me at 2pm to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver the order. Very frustrated with the lack of notice ad failure to deliver.

Very disappointed in my experience with this florist through 1-800-Flowers. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday, and while they were delivered the correct day, they came wilted, half dead, and without water. My mother was upset with the delivery, and I contacted 1-800-Flowers to rectify the problem. They were prompt to have this company redeliver. The driver was rude to my mother, both on the phone and in person, by yanking the previous delivery out of her hand and shoving the new one toward her. I believe his name is Shawn. Unfortunately her experience overshadowed the thoughtfulness
