Bloom Line Flowers started in the fall of 2017 in an Urban Pop-up shop at the Reston Station on the Silver Line. In the spring of 2018, we moved into a studio located in Oakton, VA where we continue to create beautiful and unique floral designs for weddings and special events in the Metro DC area. Our community and world are important to us!

What a great experience! I was looking for peonies for my wife’s birthday in mid March because they are her favorite flower. Diane let me know it was not an ideal time for peonies but she could get them. She gave me a VERY reasonable price that was more than 50% less than other quotes I was given from larger shops in the area. She stayed in touch with me during the procurement process and asked if I was okay with her arranging them a certain way, etc. My wife’s first reaction was “where did you find peonies” and she was happy. I can not say enough about Bloom Line and its staff. I was unable to be with my daughter during a high risk procedure. Diane helped me, not only by helping me choose the perfect flowers to bring my vision to life but also spending so much time talking with me. I felt like we had been friends forever. We ordered a valentine arrangement from Diane and as always, she did a wonderful job.
The arrangement was gorgeous - and it smelled heavenly! We couldn't get over the variety of flowers and how beautiful the colors were - WOW!! The container was brimming with blooms of all sorts. We kept trying to choose our favorite, but it was impossible. There were so many different sizes, textures, and varieties, with colors that blended so beautifully.

I received a lovely bouquet from my mother in florida over a week ago and the flowers are still.gorgeous. The attention to care and detail was so great i had to order my own bouquet to send in thanks and Diane was helpful and practical in her application. There is no beating the skill and artistry that goes into these One of a kind arrangements. Treat yourself!

I called Diane at Bloom Line Flowers because I needed to cheer up some friends when their dog died. She listened to what I had in mind and gave me numerous options along the way. She made suggestions that improved my ideas, texted me photos of the alternatives, as well as a picture of the finished product. I got everything I wanted; a lovely house plant, some colorful live cut flowers, and she even added a beautiful touch with some dog themed items. I wanted something edible to round off my gift and she recommended including macaroons made by Dede (another woman owned, small business). The feedback

Beautiful unique arrangements that last a long time! Diane knows her flowers! My son surprised me with monthly deliveries as a gift! I liked them so much I ordered monthly delivery for a friend who is homebound, especially now. The prices are very reasonable and she reuses containers, you leave container out on delivery day...good for the environment! I highly recommend Bloom Line Flowers!

We loved the flowers for our wedding. They made the day so special from the floral collar for our dog to share in the ceremony, to the cherry blossom arch, the bouquet, and all of the arrangements.
we were able to take them all home with us and we still have fresh flowers two weeks later.

Diane was amazing! She listened, processed and delivered our dream wedding floral arrangements. She was available at all hours as the wedding approached and she transformed our restaurant venue to look like a tropical garden! Everyone at the wedding commented on her work. We couldn't have been happier. My daughter in law is from Colombia and she was thrilled with Diane's creativity. Right from the start we found Diane to be very approachable and we knew we were in the best of hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a celebratory event!
