I highly recommend the services Mark and his staff provided during one of life's most difficult times. My brother lived in Colorado and Mark was able to recommended a funeral director out there to handle arrangements for my brother's return to Illinois. From there, Mark's process was professional, thorough and compassionate. He made all of the arrangements for my brother, who was an Army veteran, to be buried in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with full military honors. At the end of the service, Mark personally saluted my brother for the last time. Very touching.

We contacted Hayes Funeral services when our dad was on Hospice. Mark Hayes, from the first phone call to the final last moments made the whole process easy for our family during a very difficult time. He provided us with all options and details required for pre and final arrangements, and was quick to respond to our many phone calls (even after hours) to answer our questions and provide help. The support he provided us through entire process, and the respect, dignity and honor that he conveyed toward our family for the deceased was remarkable. When my dad passed away a few weeks ago, we had not yet made arrangements (we were literally planning to select a funeral home the next day). With no advance notice, Mark came in the middle of the night to pick up dad, and in spite of our own lack of preparation, he made everything very easy for us. He has my highest recommendation.
