Waste of time. Was contacted by the Recruiter Max Cohen. Gave two rounds of interview for the job role but no follow-ups or feedback after that neither they responded to my email. They only contact you as long as they can make money out of you. Otherwise they have not respect for anyone's time.

After applying to one of Mission Staffing’s position, I was contacted by an unprofessional and extremely rude recruiter named KATHLEEN PORTELLA. After talking to Kathleen multiple times, it was very apparent that she only saw me as her commission instead of a human being. She always hung up abruptly every time she hears something that she doesn’t like or confirm to her standards. And she said that she will get back to me after the interview but she ghosted me instead which is not what an experienced professional recruiter does. Overall, I would not recommend applying to positions posted by

My overall experience with Mission Staffing in NYC was 1 star. I had interviews with both Max Cohen and Jonathan Greenberg. Next, I had an follow-up interview with the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) of the contracted company. Max, asked me to follow up after my interview with the CAO. After my follow up, I didn't hear back from Mission Staffing for over two weeks. I sent an email for a update and Max responded that the contracted company was targeting a candidate from the Big 4. I have a thorough education from a prestigious business school along with working on a trading floor of a $50 Billion

I'll give them zero, they only post jobs so people connect with them so that they can get the connections.

They do not even respond back to candidates.

This Jamie person is a fraud.

I applied to one of Mission Staffing's posting, if I am not mistaken, it was an Executive Assistant position. Lauren who is an unprofessional recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview time. I gave Lauren a list of times that I would be available to speak. All is confirmed. I waited at the designed time that we were going to speak. No word. Oh, she did say that she was going to call me. I emailed Lauren asking what happened. She said that she got stuck on calls. DIDN"T OFFER TO RESCHEDULE EITHER!! Well now.. what was the point in setting up a designated time to chat if you can't follow

Although a nice group of people, they didn't have a lot of roles that suited me both professionally and personality-wise with the salary I was looking for (60k+). The only interview I got through them landed me a temp to perm role at a finance firm that sounded like a good opportunity, but ended up being a very bad fit all around.

Max (and team) have been thoroughly helpful and informative as they guided me through my job search and helped me land a temporary assignment at a firm that I absolutely love --- which unexpectedly turned perm! They were also very diligent in helping me get situated when I started the assignment and during the perm conversion process. I am grateful for the opportunity that they have availed to me

Another waste of time. I concur with other reviews regarding Mission Staffing. I applied to a position they posted on indeed. A day later, I received an email from Diego Martinez after missing his phone call regarding the role. I apologized for missing his call and we set a time and date for the following day to discuss the opportunity. I asked him to please confirm set time. He obliged. The time came and left with no word from Diego. As of this day, still no word, no apology. I find this Agency to be inefficent. I'm believing other reviews stating this agency operates with bait and switch

SCAM, STAY AWAY. This firm uses the classic "Bait and Switch" tactic on their clients. I was called about a very prestigious role they had available and then later sold on a totally separate role once I went in for an interview. Complete waste of time and a fraud company. Stay away and do not give this company any business as they will scam you one way or another.

I would highly recommend Mission Staffing to anyone looking for a position in the Accounting or Finance space and especially Lindsay Barrett. I also worked some with Brett Skolnik, who I also thoroughly enjoyed working with and would recommend. As a CPA, Lindsay definitely has a good grasp on the positions in which she recruits. She was very attentive to my interests and career goals and was able to educate me on the job market and positions that were in-line with my background and interests. Lindsay is extremely easy to talk to/work with and gave great insight. She was also very responsive and

Terrible staffing agency that employs a bait-and-switch tactic. Someone emails you with a fantastic sounding job, you send you resume, few days later someone calls and guess what...that job is no longer available or your resume wasn't a match.

Applied to a few jobs on the Mission staffing site and a few days later one of the recruiters connected on LinkedIn and reached out about some possible job opportunities. He set up an in person meeting with me to give me a list of a few companies he wanted to send my resume to, this was honestly something that could have easily been done over the phone. A day later one of the companies wanted to meet with me and I had an interview set up with in one week. Within that week the recruiter was in nonstop contact making sure I was prepared to excel in my interview. I had the interview and felt pretty

I had the pleasure of working with Meagan at Mission Staffing. I have worked with about a dozen recruiters before, and Meagan was one of the best. She really cared about my career path, always responded to my emails and calls, and did her best to send me on interviews. I've come to realize that one of the hardest parts about the job hunt is getting a recruiter to send you out on interviews. With that being said, Meagan enthusiastically sent me to 2 interviews with 2 great companies. Although I ended up finding a job through my own resources, I will definitely contact Meagan again if I

I apologize in advance for what I am saying here and that I signed up on Yelp to leave this feedback. But their staff won't stop calling me with positions that I had no interest in. After blocking one head hunter's number for a year because she won't stop calling me about positions that I had specifically expressed a lack of interest, I received a message in my mailbox from that said headhunter on a Friday telling me that although my career choice didn't make sense to her, she would like to refer me to a so and so position. I appreciate the feedback but that's not the first

These guys are crooks. If you staff under them and your contract ends, be VERY CAREFUL with what happens next. Technically, you would file for unemployment and they would pay for that. However, their loophole is to offer you a completely irrelevant position with the hopes that you will reject. Ex: You staffed for a finance position on wall st., once your contract ends and they are required to pay for your unemployment, they'll send you an email with an offer to interview for a position to do data entry or as a waiter. Naturally, you would tell them that you prefer something else in finance
