all professionals! The Market has been so wild I was very pleased how quickly & professionaly our
last rental approval went through. When ever there is a problem, we've seen Betty Collins drop
Everything to get in touch with the best people to help her tenants. She seems to have such report
with those she employees to fix, repair, etc. her rentals that they good above & beyond to get the job
done quickly & perfectly.
We've used another local Property Mgm't. Office and was burned in the end. That

This has to be worst treatment I've ever received from a property management company. I was talked down since the start of the process. The employees of the company are short and rude on the phone. I understand why they have so a low rating now. My girlfriend was almost brought to tears by the way she was talked to.

Such a GREAT experience working with Collins Property! My husband and I have always avoided renting through property management companies. But due to the high demand of rentals in Grass Valley we decided to give a few a try. I would recommend Collins to everyone. They were beyond helpful, prompt and lovely people to work with. We are soooooo happy to be working with them ;) I even bring rent into the office just to chat with the staff instead of mailing it!

I have had a great experience with Collins. The folks there worked with me to coordinate with the owner because my situation as a renter was slightly non-standard. We were able to work things out to everyone's satisfaction and benefit. They were very accommodating to my needs on timing for the initial walk through, and have been extremely friendly and responsive over the past 9 months of renting, as little issues have come up that need to be taken care of at the property.
I think Collins does a great job and if I owned a house in the area and needed a property management company I would not hesitate
