Our story began out of a passion for the real estate industry. Founder, Amelia Barrett, began her professional career in 2005 in real estate sales and then later went on to study and work in lending, appraisals, and property tax appraisals. This, combined with continuing to offer real estate sales services, has built a recession-proof company which Amelia and her team are thankful for everyday!

Please contact our leasing line at (530) 429-5080 for more information or to schedule a showing. If a listing states No Pets, that does NOT include service animals or emotional support animals.
Pricing Strategy: We will determine the best selling price strategy given the current market conditions. We will also provide you with a Net Sheet. Property Preparation: We will advise on inspections, repairs and improvements and provide staging strategies. Negotiating to Sell: We negotiate counter offers and advise on final terms and conditions.
Evaluation of the property including a "meet and greet" with the property owner(s) and a preliminary interior inspectionto determine the property condition and assess if any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs are necessary. An evaluation the current market rents of comparable commercial properties to arrive at a suggested rental rate range.

We've been renters at one of Amelia's properties for 3 years. Amelia is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to any needs. She is accessible and if it's something urgent, like no heat, I've even received a reply at 5am or at night. She has a network of skilled repair people who fit us in their schedule right away and show up promptly to fix any issues that occur. I only wish we had such a network for our house that we own in another state! She and her team have set up an efficient online system for payments, statements and document signing as well as other important information

Professional management team! Amelia is always responsive, helpful whenever you have an issue with your rented apartment. Sometimes she even replies Email and phone calls on weekends. I remember that I reported a broken window screen on a Saturday and she replied me the same day and sent somebody to replace it the following Monday. It was a nice experience working with Barrett Property Management.
