I used CPM to rent my rental property in Auburn which I sold earlier this year. Although Paula only works Mon, Wed and Fri, she is actually pretty responsive all days of the week. Usually got response within a day. If I had to complainn about one thing it would be that the old website was really bad for advertising the property early on, but that changed with the new website.

I use Courthouse property management for my two houses in Lincoln. I switched after using another property managment company in auburn and had mixed results with them. The main thing now is I now get paid consistently from the rent and the fees are reasonable whereas before I had not so good tenants and fees were unpredictable. I like Paula and Ed, they work well with me.

Rented from them a house in downtown Auburn for two years, really good staff. Working with Paula was easy. She would return my calls or emails quickly, especially when there was an issue I had like the water heater not working.

Best experience with a property manager ever!
Nothing compares with the friendly service of Mr Koons and his staff.
Except painful rectal itch or gum stuck in my hair.
Beware of Mr Koons.
After nearly 7 years of being a model tenant this man has no compunction when it comes to filing an unlawful detainer and eviction against you when you are having financial difficulties and will have to pay your rent late.
He will take your late fee and your rent then toss you out on your ear without prorating your rent.
And that was not out of the goodness? of his heart.
It was the threat of being demured

Paula with Courthouse Property Management was great. When we first inquired about a property we were in desperate need to rent, I gave them a call but when I got the answering machine, I simply emailed them. She responded almost immediately and offered to show us the house that weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for and we were able to rent it. We had a couple of house issues in the 3 1/2 years we rented and Paula sent out help immediately each time. We have zero complaints about her customer service.

Wow, just wow. If you are a home owner DO NOT USE COURTHOUSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. All goes fine when they are busy collecting your money, but the second the tenant or the house has an issue be prepared to get screwed.

They use their friends as contractors and depending who they use, you may get charged $125 to have a toilet unclogged. Why not ask the tenant to unclog the toilet? Because they can pay their friend to do it and then you just get it deducted from rent at the end of the month.

Need to get in touch with your 'property manager'? Better hope it's a Monday, Wednesday

Hands down the worst property management company ever. I personally have never written a bad review about any company even when their service was sub par. This on the other hand is a different. My wife and I found mold and water coming into the house shortly after moving in. We asked courthouse property management to see about having the water/mold addressed. Three months later we received a letter telling us we have three days to get out because the house is deemed uninhabitable, and saying we would only receive one months rent back. Even though the water and mold have been an issue since day

I read the review by "Jesus Chyrsler" and felt compelled to rebut what he said about Courthouse Property Management - I rented a house from them last year. I took excellent care of the house and left it completely cleaned and received 100% of my security deposit back. They were also responsive to fixing problems that came up and sending service people out.

I rented a house from CPM for about two years. The few times I needed to contact them for a repair they were quick to respond and fix the issue. I paid my rent on time so didn't really have much interaction with them personally. Which is nice right? As long as everything is going smoothly you don't really need your landlord in your life.
When I moved out they let me know the move out process, I cleaned the house to move in condition and left the keys. I was apprehensive that I wouldn't get much of my deposit back because I had damaged on carpet area which I wasn't able to repair. But I left the

We rented from Courthouse for 1 year. The owner of the house was very involved with making sure we were happy. Paula and the staff were very friendly and handled maintenance issues quickly. The owner would occasionally come by and ask if he could fertilize the backyard or bring us a Christmas gift unannounced. Since we have nothing to hide, we always welcomed them to our home. Courthouse is professional and we received our FULL deposit back quickly.
