We currently have 5 children enrolled in WWLC. I absolutely LOVE it. Our teachers are engaged with my children. The Directors listen to concerns with prompt follow up, and articulate any needs/ concerns my child may have. My youngest is a preemie and they have been wonderful with accommodating his PT and OT needs. They allowed us to choose the pace for his development within their program. I don't know how I would have been able to leave him and return to work if it wasn't for his teachers and the Directors Candace and Ariella.

Way way way back in the day my twin boys attended WLC and graduated (ready for Kindergarten) from their PreK. The teachers were loving, smart, patient and we loved them. I did have a situation that was quickly rectified by administration concerning custody and paperwork on file. My boys always felt comfortable and happy to arrive at school. To this day, one of my sons recalls his preK teacher as his all time favorite. That means the world to me, as an educator myself, I know that it can be challenging and very rewarding teaching children. Fast Forward many years and my youngest began at WLC as

Please take your kids to a place more safe and loving. This review is way before the media report of an ex employee.
1. Upper Management is not professional and the only thing they care about is money. Upper management just pop in and out.
2. The quality teachers have left and I understand why! They are not being paid enough for what they go through. Until this day I have a great relationship with a teacher who quit because of poor communication from upper management, no help with difficult students, and discrimination.
3. To the parents of color, please and I beg you to take your hard earned

I have never had any concerns with the staff or upper management. My son (1 yr) has a great time and all the teachers know him by name. They have been very professional and kind to our family. I am a recent transplant to Raleigh from NYC so believe me when I say I know bad. I am sad to leave as we are moving to a different town. I would have loved to leave him where he is.

I gave it two stars because we loved most of our teachers when we were there and had decent experiences with them. Turnover was way too high, my 12 month old went through 4 teachers in 6 months at a time when transition is hard for a kid. Communication was poor. The owners were never around when we were there and I believe they did not treat their employees well. That is why the good teachers left. They were poorly trained and not equipped to handle all situations. While I would say there is good in that place, I can't recommend anyone go there. We didn't know there was better because this was

Teachers were amazing however upper management was very unprofessional. Please keep an eye out for unexplained charges. We had a missing payment for a new child deposit that was never added, had to argue the fees of the tuition as my child aged and were charged for infant care for a child that wasn’t born yet. Be aware that staff administration has also given glowing review of themselves while calling negative reviewers child-like names. I would not recommend Widewaters Learning Center or the sister location Holly Springs Learning Center (same upper management) to anyone.

Our daughter attended Widewaters for a little less than 1-1/2 years, and we loved it! Everyone was always great to her, and she learned so much. We are only leaving because she is starting Kindergarten. She has been crying every night for the last week, saying she wished she could stay at Widewaters for the rest of her life!

Our son started at Widewaters about a month ago (Jan. 2015). We have had many different experiences with other child care centers in the Raleigh area. By far working with Widewaters has been our BEST experience. For the first time, both husband and myself feel extremely comfortable dropping our 2 year old off everyday. He loves all the staff and teachers. Every staff member knows my son by name, as they do all the children. They are very supportive of one another and the directors are always helping in the classrooms. My son's teacher, Ms. Kristen, is beyond amazing. As an educator myself, she

I consider myself fortunate to have found Widewaters Learning Center for my three children. My oldest daughter was in the first group of pre-k graduates and my youngest daughter is graduating this year from Widewaters. My daughter in between graduated in 2012 from Widewaters. My youngest daughter has been lucky enough to have spent all five of her early learning years at Widewaters under passionate teachers and flawless administration. I have felt safe having my children attend a school where the staff are well trained and the administration stands firm on rules and regulations, while maintaining

As a mom and a first grade teacher, I'm a picky customer. I started at Widewaters, toured 10-12 other daycare centers, and came back to Widewaters again. The curriculum, menu, ratios, and quality of staff is comparable to high end centers such as Bright Horizons or Primrose but the cost for my then one-year-old was $300-$500 less per MONTH. This is by far the cleanest and best maintained center I've seen. The teachers in my son's classrooms are always smiling and positive. I appreciate the time they take to write out the details of my son's day so that I can easily keep track of how well he's eating
