At The Growing Years, we firmly believe that children can change the world. That's why we're dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for each and every child that comes through our doors. Our preschool curriculum is centered around early childhood education and development.

The Growing Years preschool programs are regarded as highly educational and interactive, as we believe that providing a constructive and creative learning environment is key in a child's development. We take pride in serving our communities and offer convenient childcare locations in Apex, Clayton, Burlington, and Cary, NC.
Services
The Growing Years Learning Centers foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age students. Our sole mission is to prepare your child with the tools they need to navigate the world around them. Whether it's learning shapes and colors, walking for the first time, or building budding friendships, our children continuously excel through our student-centered approach to learning.
We believe early education is the catalyst to your child's future success. From an early age, let's teach our children to become independent thinkers. We support them to solve problems through cognitive thinking. We treat each young child as an individual by identifying their unique strengths and early education developmental opportunities.
We understand this transition can initially cause a lot of stress and concern for parents and infants. It's never easy for parents to leave their little one under the supervision of someone new. At The Growing Years, our experienced preschool teachers try to eliminate your worries as we welcome your young child openly with a warm and loving smile each day.
Exploration takes center stage when your child enters our toddler classroom. We provide this active preschool age group with the freedom to learn independently and interact with their environment firsthand. We encourage our toddlers to grab a toy, look through a book, and point to objects of interest by keeping educational content at eye level.
Preschool is the final step before your little one becomes a kindergartener. It is where your child's development starts to blossom, and their curiosity towards everything begins to show. It is an important time for your young child to form independent ideas, self-expression, and linguistic skills that will aid their future development.

By far the BEST daycare I've ever been to. I've had 3 sons all of different age groups who attend here, infant, toddler, and pre-school, and every teacher is so caring, loving, & professional. I have absolutely no worries when I am at work. I Love the live cameras although I barely check in because I know my kids are safe, happy, and very well taken care of here. Ms Venetta and Ms Stacey are the most kind hearted directors Ive ever ran across, I moved to Knightdale and I ended up keeping my kids here and accepting the 40 minute drive because there is no other place compared to this center. My son has been going to the Growing years since Aug 2014 when he was 10 months old. Being new to the area, having no family and friends, and being first time parents; picking a child care location was a nerve wracking decision for my husband and I. After several phone calls and visits to centers in the Cary-Morrisville area we had no doubt that we wanted to go with the Growing Years in Cary. We talked to and met with Ms. Maureen and she put us completely at ease with regards to our son going to daycare full time. The atmosphere at the school was and always is calm, warm, and welcoming. The caregivers

Wonderful facility, clean, well organized with a caring staff and director. If you are looking for a center that addresses social and emotional skills this is the place. If you are looking for a center that addresses academics in a developmentally appropriate manner, this is the place!

We love The Growing Years! Our family came to TGY after an unpleasant experience with a center down the road. We have been at the school for 4 years and 2 kids. The teachers are very active in the classrooms and with the parents, you can tell they want to be there vs it just being a job. We would definitely recommend TGY!

The Growing Years in Cary is an amazing center. We have worked with this center since 2011 and we are always impressed with how kind, loving well organized the entire staff is. The children there are happy and well behaved which makes it always a pleasure to photograph at that center. Thanks for being AWESOME!

We enjoy the staff and my child is greeted everyday by each teacher with a smile and hug. Love the open concept and the facility. We felt very comfortable leaving our child at 3 months in the infant room, and we get communication and support everyday in the mobile app/email.

We definitely recommend The Growing Years! We've had a child at TGY over the past seven years (2 kids, one graduated and is thriving in elementary school). The staff is excellent and truly cares for our kids. Because we've been a part of TGY for so long, we feel like family and have recommended many families to TGY!

My daughters have both attended the Growing Years Cary, one since she was an infant. The teachers have been nothing short of loving, caring, devoted, and trustworthy. They make my girls feel as if they are the most important child in their classroom and I know they do this for all of the children! I do like the open concept floor plan, as it makes the whole center more united and friendly, rather than closed off classrooms.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this daycare. Over the past two years they have grown not only the daycare provider but as part of the family. I know that when I drop my son off each day he is receiving the best quality care where he thrives and flourishes. I would recommend this facility over nad over again.
