Horrible do not ever come here! i came here for a nice pedicure and all i got was fungus in my nails! i am dissapointed. i've never experienced anything worse than this. i came for my pet chinchilla to get a pedicure and they waxed it and killed it and burnt it ith hot rocks.
i'd give you a 0, but thats not possible so i give u a 1.

**NO STARS** This has been one of my 2 go to nail salons for more than 10 years, even before they were Aria but I will never go back again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Â I have never written a yelp review before but am just blown away with how this was handled until now that I see there are many bad reviews and complaints here.
I have always had great experiences at this salon and when a nail would break from time to time had no problem getting it fixed. My Dip Powder manicures here are so good that they usually last 3-4 weeks. If a nail chipped and I knew it was my fault

This cost $65.............lol worst manicure I've ever gotten. When I asked her to fix a crooked nail she laughed at me and said it wasn't crooked. I can't believe they let me leave with them all crusty like this. They're all crooked, paint is bumpy, and thumb nails are like 10x smaller than the rest of my nails. I was sitting in the pedicure chair and once I put my hand underneath the UV light for the last time, the nail tech said "when the lights off you're done" and walked away, I guess expecting me to put the UV light somewhere myself. Maybe the poor service

I'm very upset and disappointed in the non service I received today. I waited for 40 minutes to get a repair. They sat me in a chair and did not send anyone to assist me. When I asked after patiently waiting for 40 minutes the said because I did not know who had done my nails that it would be another 10 minutes - I'm sorry that is unacceptable. My Repair would have taken 5 minutes. I hate to say it but the quickly got to all of the Caucasian clientele that came through the door even those who came after me with no appointments. I've gone to Aria whenever I'm in town from NYC (my parents live around the corner) and have historically been fairly pleased with my experience. I rarely write Yelp reviews but felt compelled after my visit today -- as you can see this is just unacceptable. Quite frankly my nails don't look any better after leaving the salon. There's top coat/other product all over my fingers and underneath my nails. I paid extra for a cuticle trim (odd that isn't standard in their manicure package. It was just a polish change really, there was no lotion, scrub, etc.) and he spent no longer

First of all, I called to find out availability and was told to come on in. Once there, my feet were put in cold water, and I waited for 30 minutes before someone came. I was not asked if I wanted a drink while waiting... though others in the shop were offered something.
In the middle of the pedicure, I was sent for my half leg wax. Did you know that half leg does not include the top of the foot nor the knee? I've never been anywhere who charged separately for these things. I was charged an extra $30 for those spots!?! They

TLDR: They make great money from all the HP and SMU girls being a neighborhood spot so they're clean. But if you are looking for quality work, great colors/art, and honest prices find another spot. GONE TO CRAP after Covid.

Been here before and it was ok. Usually can make my dip nails last a month. Last time I came here they shaved my fingernails so thin that I had 8 cracked in less than 2 weeks after getting them done. So thin that they're breaking off in tiny pieces. Also got a pedi- asked for my toenails to be short and seemed like he was punishing me for not wanting to pay an extra +$20 for gel and left them super long. Awful awful awful

I've been to Aria a bunch of times in the past year or so but I had to give a shout-out to Kristy for this last visit!! Aria is always great for dip but Kristy really brought her A-game with this set.
Every other time I've gotten dip with this salon it usually lasts 2-3 weeks with no chips or breaks.
They have plexiglass dividers at the manicure stations for COVID and everyone is wearing masks.

"Don't judge a place by their star rating" You have to come in and try it for yourself to justify the star rating. It doesn't matter if it was a food place, merchandise store or in this case a nail salon.
My experience here at Aria is just plain awesome. I already have something on my mind of what color I wanted for my nails. I told Nina what it was and she showed me options that would look cute on my complexion. She showed me a much better shade than what I had in mind for my accent. Chandeliers and plush pedicure chairs with large TVs tuned into hgtv and peaceful music in the background. There is a broad array of colors including OPI and Essie of course. I'm sorry but I just did not enjoy my experience here and cannot return or recommend. My toes were the biggest disappointment because the finish was very amateur and it lasted just a week.
My nails were pretty but only the left hand was the length and shape that I requested. The right nails were much shorter with a slightly different shape.
Additionally they had alcohol and after me asking for wine twice they said something about not being able to serve it due to SMU students. I told them I am 37 and not a student. I still never understood the reason. Even with the grand opening 30% discount

I'm very surprised that this place doesn't have more reviews. This place is amazing and I've been back two days in a row. For a mani one day and pedi the next. I absolutely love my manicure. The colour is great and love how she was very thorough and inspected her work. Photos provided. Also I chose the Herbal Pedicure and it's incredibly relaxing. Prepare 70 minutes of your day to this Pedicure. It's absolutely relaxing and I enjoyed it.
