I have been with Carlson Dental Group for over 16 years. Their dentists and entire team is outstanding. I can honestly not remember when I have ever waited more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. And it's usually less than that. They are masters of their craft. They truly set the bar for dentistry and customer service.

Truly a first rate dental group who has handled my dental needs with efficient information and first class service. During one of my dental appointment, I had a unexpected reaction to the nitrous oxide, The staff's professional reaction and care during this episode was simply outstanding. BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would. I had a root canal in May and was still experiencing pain. After spending almost 1k for my procedure I was told i should go see a specialist and spent another 200 on a scan to see if I had a crack in my tooth. No crack, and I have been trying to get in touch with the manager at the office for two weeks! No call back! No response. I should not have to pay to retreat this tooth. Not professional at all to ignore patients. Do not go to this dentist, They take your money and then don't answer your calls. I wont be going back.

First time at this dentist for xrays, exam, and cleaning. Office is very nice, clean, and everyone was very friendly and polite. This was absolutely the most thorough cleaning I’ve had in quite a few years. The hygienist got stains off between my front teeth that have been bugging me for years that nobody else apparently took the care and time to remove. She was gentle and thorough as well as very friendly! I only saw rhe dentist for an exam but he was also thorough and gentle and I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist. Extremely pleased and satisfied, thanks

Today was my first time visiting Carlson Dental Group at the Bartram Park Blvd location. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. My overall experience was very pleasant . My front tooth was broken, so my previous dentist said that my only option was to get a crown, which I refused. I wanted a second opinion, so I did my research and found Dr. Carlson's practice. I'm writing this review on behalf of my whole family. Which includes: my mom's dad's and my owns experience. I started using this dental services around over 6 years ago. I really like the location, plenty of parking spots. Right in the center of Bartram, very convenient. The office is very clean, the staff is usually friendly especially the financial crew.
I had many procedures done here in the past and it was always a success with minimal painful experience.
As for my dad's implants, it was more complicated, we started out with the bridge crown recommended by Dr. Carlson, but that didn't last

It's so hard to find a good dentist and I thought I'd have success here...plus they have the convenience of really nice hours that work great for a work schedule. I was told I needed a crown but did not need a root canal...fantastic! I had my tooth prepped for the crown in November and a temp placed. When I came in for the 1st appt to have the permanent crown fitted it simply did not fit. It was not made correctly. They filled it down so much to try to get it to fit, popped it on and off about 30 times (I wanted to come out of the chair!) then told me the integrity of the crown was compromised

I had recently switched dentist's due to the convenience of Carlson Dental's hours, but wished I just stayed with my original dentist. The customer service here is good, however I am very upset about the billing. My cleanings are suppose to be covered completely, but I received a bill for a full set of X-rays, which had been done by my previous dentist. I was not aware of this and Carlson Dental did not ask for my previous dentist's contact information to obtain those X-rays. After several phone calls to Carlson and my dental insurance company, both my insurance claim and appeal were officially denied. Turns out, Carlson should have taken a less invasive, more cost effective procedure first.

The worst customer service. Took a day off of work and got stuck in traffic, and they didn't accept me even if i'm going to be just 5minutes away. On my rescheduled date, i called prior to cancel due to a bad migraine and the front desk said they will charge me $50. Office Staff is Professional, latest technologies, caring and good listeners. I highly recommend the sedative dentistry if you have any phobias about a Dentist visit. I had a bad experience years ago, have a high gag reflex, small mouth, get sick at smells and light sensitive. I just did a bone graph and about to get an implant and crown. It's well worth the drive! I would pay more for quality and service any day.
