We will take the most direct route to your destination and, in most cases, will have you delivered in less than 30 minutes.
Please contact us for a quote if you need a larger limousine or if multiple vehicles are needed for your event. We are confident our LOW rates & HIGH standards will make you HAPPY! 1-way local transfer transfer must be in Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Maitland, Altamonte Springs or Kissimmee. Higher rate will apply for all other areas.
All shuttle bookings require a minimum of 4 passengers, If you have less then 4 passengers then you must book private transfers only. Why pay $39 to Disney Cruise Line? our shuttle fare is only $17pp each way. Shuttle is currently only offered from Orlando International Airport to the Disney Cruise Line Terminal at Port Canaveral and back.
Your driver will meet and greet you in the designated pickup area of the airport, located down the escalators to level 2 (baggage claim area). Your driver will display a professionally made sign with our name Happy Limousine as well as your name.

Very Happy with our pickup from Port Canaveral! Daniel texted the day before and called the morning of. Was even able to get us 15 minutes before scheduled time. Limo was clean and stocked with much needed water. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks!

Called the day before to see if we could get an earlier pickup because of concern for being late to flight. They assured us we would be there on time and that they couldn’t change their schedule, but driver would be there on time for pickup. They ended up showing up 20 mins late and the driver had the wrong pickup instructions that I had given them the day before. Driver also wondered aloud why they scheduled us for that time because she was far away from a previous pickup.

Super disappointed! We had a great driver, Manny, upon arrival to the airport who chauffeured is to Disney Coronado Springs. By the time we were leaving Disney World, we got a call stating they would not be showing up in a Limo and that they were going to be 20 minutes late. We got a soft $60 refund for the difference between a suburban and the limo. My kids were super disappointed and their lateness caused further issues at the airport. Will never use, nor recommend again.

Gotta love how your drivers use the fire lane to park in front of Publix. I shopped for more than 45 minutes and your driver was still parked. What’s so difficult about the “No Parking Fire Lane”? He should drop off his fair and park in the lot like all the other tourist buses. The roadway is not a parking spot just because you turn on your hazard lights.

In both directions, our drivers arrived on time, were very professional, and got us to our destination safely. We used Happy Limousine to service one of our accounts only to find out that it was a terrible company to work with. The name should be called Terrible Limousine. The company forgot about the trip, sent the vehicle out uncleaned, and uses unprofessional chauffeurs. Don't waste your time with this company.

I was actually surprised to read any negative reviews for Happy Limousine as my experience with them left absolutely no room for complaints. Our large group of 65, traveling from California on two flights, needed a motor coach to take us to Port Canaveral. Our driver, Leo, showed up on time and with an attitude of cheerfulness and a level of professionalism that was exceptional. 65 people carry quite a bit of luggage, but Leo was quick and efficient in loading it into the luggage bay and we were rolling in no time at all. I'm a truck driver by trade, and I pay attention to safety on the road

This company is the worst!! They ruined my daughter's prom night by spending the wrong vehicle and then dropping my kids off in the wrong area. The manager threatened and harassed me because I refused to pay full price for three poor service I received! BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

Just like several others have said, the driver was fine, car was clean but then the driver was pushy on the tip. I should have known something was off when she had a sign about tipping 20% hanging from her mirror. She refused to take any less then 20% when she dropped us off. The service was okay (not bad, not great) but I don't want to feel pushed to tip. So rude and she even told us the 20% is required. No it is not. They just lost our business.

We forgot a car seat and when we landed in Orlando we called the company and explained to them that we forgot our car seat and that we would need to rent one. Clearly, our driver was already at the airport but the manager got a car seat loaded in another drivers car to bring out to our driver! Great service!

I am a former happy customer of Happy Limo but my latest experience has caused me to not only not use them again, but pass the warning on to others.
I received a quote via email for round trip transportation and was told to reference the quote when I made the booking. They sent confirmations for each leg of my trip that confirmed the correct times and made no mention that they were planning on charging me the quoted amount each way even though it stated round trip.
I was given a quote for round trip, then charged that amount for each direction. When I reached out to them they said the quote

Happy Limo is amazing! Our travel agent recommended the company and arranged for our driver to meet us at the airport. Cal, our driver, is amazing and we wanted to invite him and his family over for barbecue & swimming! Our party of 12 with 10 pieces of luggage easily fit in a larger van and Cal stopped at a local Publix so we could stock up before getting to our rental house. Price is so reasonable, service is professional, vehicles are well maintained and Cal started our vacation off on the right foot. Happy Limo!!

My only complaint is that the driver pushed us to give him a 20% tip stating that "it was the minimum tip that he would accept." We were caught off-guard considering service was pretty good until our return trip with Happy Limo.
We gave him the 20%, but I knew something was fishy and had to go back to Yelp to see that the drivers have done this previously.

First time really reviewing anything. But this service was awesome. Everything you can expect for and more. They went above and beyond anything I could imagine.
Daniel was our driver. He is very professional and courteous and new exactly what to do, where to pickup luggage, and how to get to the resort.
On a side note, our trip back to the airport we took a taxi, and the difference in cost definitely made it worth the extra expense to make things a little more magical for our child.

We used this company for a soccer event to shuttle our athletes from a hotel to the soccer fields each day. We negotiated a set rate of $69 per trip over the phone, yet were charged $91 plus tax for each trip.

Only left 1 star because I had to. Reserved our reservation a few weeks ago. Traveling from Walt Disney World to the Disney Cruise Terminal. Received notice today that my rate has changed. I was quoted $141 and reserved it at that time. Now I have been told the amount due will $266. They claim I listed my pick up location as somewhere else. I have my email confirmation which states different. Bad Business. Not professional and their customer service obviously does not matter.

The airport pickup was on time, but with wrong vehicle. They tried to make it sound like it was an upgrade, but it was not. It was a van - we ordered a 14 person limo suv.
Was not happy.
Then, on the way back, they were 20 minutes late and again, the wrong vehicle.

Absolutely the worst, most inhospitable, uncomfortable, poorly maintained vehicle/driver I have ever seen. Driver: Rude and smelled of alcohol. Shuttle bus: broken AC pouring water all over passengers and luggage. Driver's response to our shock: "You probably shouldn't sit there." Even worse when the driver asked us to pack and unpack our own luggage into the cargo area.

Awful. I paid in full and in advance for a Town Car to be taken from Universal Studios to the Disney Dream. It was a once in a lifetime trip with my children.
They showed up with a 12 passenger van, claiming the car was unavailable and that the van was an 'upgrade'.
Setting aside the fact that it wasn't even in the same category as what I had paid for, the van reeked of body odor. We were nauseous by the end of the drive.

After reading about this company on mousesavers.com, it was a "no brainer" to book them to provide transportation to and from the airport during our Disney Cruise. The reservation process was extremely easy, payment was taken in installments, allowing the costs to be spread out and e-mail confirmation was promptly sent - that's the good news.

Eh, these dudes were alright. They were on time. Men of few words though.
The guy that picked us up from the airport made several confirmation calls leading up to our pickup from the airport. Perhaps not the most eager to help with luggage, but whatevs.
The dude taking us from hotel back to the airport didn't call and confirm. That kind of made my mom freak out. EARLY flight, it's 3am, and I had a freaking out mom. That's not good. He was on time though.
