Services
Day-to-day manager, and a facilities coordinator, Stacy is your first point of contact at Gray Bridge. Stacy is our visionary, hand-holder, and scissors-safety pin-tape procurer. Formerly a land use planner, Stacy is well-versed in crafting space. Stacy also used to be a childbirth doula is very experienced in the significance of crafting major life events.
Send up a message or give us a call to schedule a personal tour. We offer a no-pressure tour because we can! To see Gray Bridge is to love it. We do ask a few pre-qualifying questions to make sure we can meet your goals or steer you towards a package that works for you. Gray Bridge is a gated, private property.
We have pre-qualified vendors to ensure service and quality matches our high expectations. We have recommendations to meet most budgets and tastes! To ensure a positive guest experience, we require bartending and DJ service from our approved vendor list. A professional day-of coordinator is required.
Gray Bridge is located in Sultan Washington in south Snohomish County. We are 55 minutes to Seattle, 70 minutes to Leavenworth and 75 minutes to the San Juan Island ferries in Anacortes. Sultan is called the "Gateway to the Cascades" with extensive lodging and recreation opportunities at our front door.

Gray Bridge was the perfect venue for our forest-y, vaguely hobbit-y wedding. From the wooden walkways, evergreen trees, and pond, to the color-coordinated gardens and the namesake bridge, it had everything we could have asked for - and more. Stacy and Matt are so sweet and responsive, and getting to use their "something borrowed" closet was a great bonus. Having tables and chairs included was also incredible. Our guests loved the entire experience - especially the firepit and s'mores.

If we could give Gray Bridge a million stars, we absolutely would! The venue is gorgeous and lovingly cared for by Matt and Stacy. They make constant improvements, are always looking for ways to make things better, and they've taken every possible thought into account. Enchanting, amazing. Beautiful. There is truly something for all ages to busy themselves with while waiting for wedding to start. This is a gorgeous venue, quiet, out in the country. Dining area elegant, and well appointed. Exceptional seating for wedding guests, not a bad seat in the house. If my husband and I renew our vows, this will be the place. It is very impressive.

A million stars! I will forever recommend Gray Bridge to every person I know. Matt & Stacy are so invested in your event, from the very beginning to the last thing is cleaned up. I booked my wedding there, almost 2.5 years ago and I could not have imagined a better day when it finally came. Matt & Stacy keep adding improvements to their venue and so much is included! Incredibly beautiful venue! As others have said, Stacy and Matt are phenomenal as they were so helpful throughout the entire wedding process. My now husband and I could not say no to a venue that was 1) beautiful 2) great price 3) had a closet full of decor we could use and 4) responsive owners that answered any questions that came their way.
The decor planning was relatively easy since we used pieces from the closet for our entrance and reception tables. Most folks said I didn't look stressed throughout the process, and I believe most of that stemmed from Gray Bridge making it incredibly simple

Tucked away from the neighborhood is a magical place. I have never experienced a venue like this one. The owners are great, the layout is more than you could imagine. This country venue has a fantastic layout! With a bridge over the large pond 💕 perfect for those fairytale pictures. I highly recommend checking Gray Bridge out!

I cannot speak highly enough about this venue and about Stacy & Matt. We visited a lot of places and this one was by far the most beautiful & most trustworthy. The site is simply stunning; most of our guests flew in and couldn't stop talking about the venue. The flow and landscaping is wonderful and you won't need a lot of other decor. But by far the best thing is how much love and effort Stacy & Matt put into this place and how much they simply want to help you. There is a "something borrowed" closet of decor, serving utensils, etc. that will save you thousands. They provide all that for free

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful wedding venue a few weeks back. Gray Bridge Venue is a stunning location offering a natural setting for weddings. It’s named after the bridge that crosses their natural pool, but the entire venue is a huge three acres (on a 16-acre property). It has a variety of features around the venue that provide perfect photo opportunities, from the paved pool deck to the waterfront amphitheater. I love the idea of exploring everything that this rural but sophisticated venue has to offer. There’s a forest and wetland backdrop, and the Cascade Mountains are visible
