She received her degree in Esthetics from the Dermalogica Academy and has been practicing skincare professionally since 2011. As a small business, we have been severely impacted by the pandemic and to get back on our feet and rising costs we must now increase some of our prices on the menu to maintain the same level of quality & service. This facial will hydrate, soothe and repair your skin through the use of calming techniques and mask.
If getting Glycolic Peel, Deep Cleaning or Microdermabrasion please make sure you are not using heavy medication such as Retin-A, Benzoyyl peroxide or other heavy peels. Also please avoid direct sun after getting a peel for 2 to 3 days. After the peel try to avoid heavy exercise for that day to avoid sweating.

I just love this place! I've worked with Ana and Mona and my skin always glows. The most important thing to me is extractions! My pores are clean and thankfully no black or white heads! Other things that matter to me - they don't leave you in the room alone - that always gives me anxiety. But they are continue to work on all areas when you are in a mask... I really can't recommend more!

I waited a month for this appointment. My original appointment was with Claudia, however the spa contacted me the same day that Claudia was not available. After running throw my list of aestheticians that were recommended to me I was a bit bummed that none were available. I understand that things happen however I was extremely upset that I received a same day cancellation particularly the reason why. Well I ended up with Ana she was very nice and sweet however as far as my extractions were concerned not thorough. My face reacted badly to the unfinished extractions so I had to go to another aesthetician

I’m sure there are other great estheticians, however, from my experience, I highly recommend Ana, she is detailed in her approach with facials and has great personable energy. I’ve done custom facials and deep cleaning facials with her. Always a pleasure.

I was very new to facials when I found Marcella a few months ago, she made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in and her skill was apparent right away. She went over my complete history of skin and health issues before beginning my treatment to make sure her products would appropriate for me. I would highly recommend Face to Face to anyone!

Had such a wonderful experience with Val yesterday! My face has been breaking out like crazy due to wearing a mask in the humidity. Val carefully explained what was wrong, even giving me a visual explanation for why no matter how much I use a physical exfoliant, I need a professional extraction to get rid of all the closed comedones invading my face. When ButterCup reopened in the midst of the pandemic, I took a chance and went in. I worked with Rani (who was exceptional) and instantly became hooked. We had a microdermabrasion session and totally helped me combat the mask acne I had been experiencing.
Since then, I've come back to work with Ana and Val. I had my first chemical peel with Ana, who explained everything so well and was extremely professional and kind. I first visited ButterCup Skin Care 3 - 4 months ago. I'd been meaning to find a new place to get regular, monthly facials since the place I'd been going to didn't seem to be making a difference with my skin.
I was very happy after seeing Ana there. She struck me as someone who knew what she was doing AND she didn't try to sell me products.
