I came to Arizona Hand Center due to worsening arthritis in both my wrists and especially my right thumb. I'm so glad that my doctor sent me here! The staff is great. Tamera and Vicky were great in explaining the what and why's of the therapeutic treatments and exercises and Brandy takes care of business with the best of them. The attitude is always friendly and helpful. Their equipment is great. You share the therapy space with other patients, so there's a lot of conversation about what works best etc. I found that helpful. They were conscious about Covid awareness without being crazy about it

They took amazing care of me. The customer service was exceptional. I miss seeing their smiling faces. I highly recommend this team if you need any OT or PT from your fingers to your shoulders. I would give them infinity stars if I could. Thank you Vicky, Melissa and Brandy for everything you did for me.

I would highly recommend Arizona Hand to anyone requiring occupational therapy. Following surgery after breaking my radius (wrist) , my surgeon referred me there. My therapist, Vicky, was excellent! She was friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. She developed an individual treatment plan addressing my needs. Vicky also provided a home program of exercises which enhanced my progress. I went back for therapy a second time for a frozen shoulder and again achieved the outcome I desired.
Before retiring I worked in a related therapy field. Over the years I worked with many OTs and Vicky

My family member came to this facility for help with intense pain in her hand, She was met with a very cold and uncaring therapist. Upon return visits therapist was very rude and argumentative upon basic questions and was disrespectful and demeaning to staff in front of patients. In our opinion the therapist either needs to retire or take courses in basic caring and compassion for her hurting patients. Please DO NOT go to this facility you deserve better care and to be treated better than just a dollar
