They have a great program and center staff. However, their house managers need more people skills training on communications and supervisorial techniques. It's a novel idea to treat everyone the same but people have a different Age and level of addiction is important.. I was glad the house managers had prior addictions to relate but when given some authority they lost direction.. I would recommend this facility anyway and hope Lisa and Brian address these issues and needs that should be identified.

I was accepted to go to 2 different rehabs in Fla . I called silver sands recovery and insurance was accepted and verified . I cancelled the other 2 places to choose silver sands after being given confirmation all was ok to go .After 24 hours later was told no detox there or in area to take my insurance . Dont trust anyone there especially Lisa . She talks nice but thats all .
