Decision Point Center is a licensed drug and alcohol addiction and substance use disorder treament facility that addresses co-occurring and dual diagnosis disorders in Prescott, Arizona. Using a combination of modern techniques for the successful rehabilitation of our clients, we provide a safe, secure environment to help people achieve lifelong sobriety.
At Decision Point Center, we are dedicated to providing care and compassion throughout every step of the rehab process. When you first contact us, you will speak with one of our highly-trained admissions representatives. These staff members listen carefully to the needs of every individual patient, taking the time to thoroughly assess potential treatment options.
In order to get you or a loved one started on a path to getting help at Decision Point Center, the first thing you need to do is reach out to us. While this is one of the hardest steps to take, it is necessary. You can do this one of two ways: Calling in and speaking to one of our Admission Specialists or submitting your information on our website, and we will reach out to you.
Entering rehab is an extremely stressful time in one's life. Making the decision to get better is both the single most worthwhile and the single most difficult choice a person can make, and the emotional and financial hardship associated with recovery often falls to patients' families, too. If a loved one is entering rehab, you may be tasked with seeing to their affairs, watching their children, or even paying for their recovery.
Because patients are essentially leaving behind their old life when they enter our Arizona rehab center, they are limited in what they can bring. If you smoke, you are allowed to have cigarettes, though any smoking paraphernalia may be checked for contraband. Cell phones are only allowed in cases where it is absolutely necessary for patients to contact their families or loved ones.

I went through decision point and I thank God today for the opportunity to do so. Dave Seymour has helped me tremendously through my struggles and taught me a lot of things that I still apply in my life today, I’ve learned a lot from him and I’m forever grateful for him and decision point. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody seeking help. They know what they’re doing and they’ll take good care of you.

I was recently a client at Decision Point Center for 60 days in their residential program. I had been in a few treatment programs before this, but something was extremely special about this place. I expanded my education on addiction and mental health to the extent necessary to have a chance at long term sobriety here, and the groups and classes were very organized and well thought out. Not to mention, the staff was absolutely amazing. I would have lived there for life and then became President in the next life is how much I truly and very dearly ABSOLUTELY love and miss my family and my home there.
Since my graduation I have involuntarily AND best of all become a genuinely warm and determined woman, mother, daughter, and friend.
EMDR therapy was most effective for me but remember it IS all about attitude also.

Dave Seymor went above and beyond to help my family. We received so much support and compassion with navigating insurance, finances and options for in patient treatment. My family was unable to work with the rest of the staff but if they are anything like Dave I would highly recommend Decision Point Center for anyone seeking assistance with their journey. Decision point is a fantastic place all of the staff are very friendly and helpful, they are well trained and know how to help their clients. My counselor Hollie was absolutely hands down the best counselor I’ve ever had and she helped me get through things I never imagined I’d be able to work through. Ben my case manager was fantastic and really made the whole experience easier and set me up with great after care planning, I felt confident in his abilities the entire time. I give DP 4 1/2 stars, I was there for 80 days and it helped more than I can say. The staff and Techs were great! I would recommend DP to anyone who needs to get into Rehab for help. There is also many Sober living living places for when you get out. I recommend 60 to 90 day residential. My therapist was the best ever!!! So was my Case Manager Ben. The residential techs go above and beyond to help you The Medical staff, especially Barb, Dereck, Noel, Erica etc... were the best!! 5 stars from me!!!

I’ve researched many treatments in town and can confidently say this is your best choice for treatment in Prescott. Decision Point has the structure and therapy established to set clients up for successful recovery. Ive attended one other treatment center and Decision Point, by far, has the nicest facilities... the apartments give clients clean, independent living, the vans are brand new and the treatment center feels like you are walking into a resort. This is very rare! There are residential techs and nurses on 24/7 to ensure clients are safe, progressing and working toward a life of health
