I ordered flowers for our Mom's birthday and had the most wonderful experience. Jeff was very nice and accommodating, he even texted me pictures of the bouquets that were available for same day delivery. The flowers arrived on time too. I will order from them all the time moving forward. I highly recommend them!

I just had the most beautiful experience with this flower shop. My mom's birthday is on Christmas Eve and my grandfather always got her one single rose every year growing up, when my grandfather passed my dad took over doing it and recently he just passed away in November as well. I called this flower shop to see if they could deliver a rose to her on Christmas Eve, I could barely make it through the conversation from crying and the woman I spoke to was so patient with me and so kind and told me to take my time,then she asked me for my mom's name and address and asked what I would like the card

Don't even want to give them one star. Manager is rude as hell, for any floral needs reach out to rose garden florist. They know how to treat a paying customer amd make beautiful bouquets. I felt way more confident that they would give me exactly what I was looking for and we'll they didnt hang up on me! My friend got her flowers and were beautiful.

FURIOUS with this arrangement. I ordered this basket of flowers for my mom's 70th birthday. I order the LARGE for $150. Absolutely ridiculous what they made for this price. It looks like it cost $50 or less
This place used to be a local gem that did beautiful arrangements. Now, the two ladies that were there defended stating they use a "recipe" from FTD. They also were sooooo generous in telling me that I could simply not take it. This of course is not an option because my mother will be here in a few hours and I needed something.

After an unprofessional phone call with a florist we have used for over 20 years, I called Seminole because they were a member of the chamber and I needed corsages and boutineer fast! They were so courteous on the phone and extremely helpful! Not only were they kind, but they also did a beautiful job!!! This will be my "go to" florist!

Seminole florist provided elegant and beautiful centerpieces for our Thanksgiving tables. The yellow roses were fresh and the variety of flowers were exceptional. The pieces were delivered as promised. The guests complimented about the flowers and were happy to take them home. Seminole Florist has been a long time supporter of community events. Would be 0 if I could. Had the worst experience with a florist in my lifetime. Mother in law passed away and ordered by stopping in to discuss an arrangement to place on her like a very nice bouquet. Paid $60 explained exactly what I wanted. Picked up the next day.....3 small roses, 2 small white flowers, 1 piece of greenery. Wanted Christmas red ribbon & got deep ugly maroon. No compassion....said take it and leave....! Never do business with them !!!!!! BEWARE
Owner Jeff called and apologized and returned the money for the arrangement....a very nice gesture.

One star is far too good of a rating. Ordered a 60.00 bouquet and received one with 5 flowers - 3 of which were carnations for a funeral. They added extra stress to a horrible day. Requested a bright ribbon and got a depressing maroon one. Have never had such a horrible experience. Extremely disappointed. When we went to speak to them about the issue, we were treated horribly. They need to close their doors immediately. Do not do business with them or you will be disappointed.

I'm getting married. Of course flowers are on the list. I was referred here. Thank God! Carmen was awesome!! Spent super time with me and made just as super suggestions! I came, I saw, I conquered!!
I can thank her enough and the process was so calming. They also have a plan where you *earn* spending bucks from your purchase. That's really cool. So, my next trip I can ca$h them in get an arrangement. Most FAB!! I WILL BE BACK!
