Lisa's smiling face will greet you when you walk into Bluebird Orthodontics. She'll guide you through our orthodontic services, and make sure you have all the information you need. She also manages the daily operations of our office. As a proud Commack mom, Lisa gives back to the community by volunteering her time at a variety of local organizations.

Services
In order to practice orthodontics, Dr. Frank spent 11 years in training (four years of college, four years of dental school, and three years of orthodontics residency). Orthodontic students spend three years learning the skills needed to manage tooth movement (orthodontics) and to guide facial development (dentofacial orthopedics).
A lot of the patients we treat here at Bluebird Orthodontics end up choosing traditional metal braces as a way to straighten their teeth. While metal braces are the most common type of orthodontic treatment, you have other great options as well. After your free initial consultation, Dr. Frank will talk to you about which treatment is best for you based on your unique needs and smile goals.
Traditional braces have been around for a long time, and they're probably the most recognizable symbol of orthodontics. These orthodontic workhouses have a long history of successful treatment and are great at correcting many oral issues. Before applying the brackets, Dr. Frank and our team will collect photos and X-rays of your mouth.
Ceramic braces are a more aesthetic cousin to traditional metal braces. Because the brackets are translucent, they blend in with your tooth color and make straightening your teeth less obvious. At Bluebird Orthodontics, any patient can have clear braces on their upper front teeth to minimize the look of "metal mouth, " Ceramic braces are a popular choice for older teens and adults who aren't using clear aligners.

Both of my children needed braces for different reasons. One had a significant overbite and the other required a palate expander and then braces. Dr Frank and her staff are professional, friendly and skilled. My kids always felt welcome and comfortable to ask questions about their care.

Considering getting traditional braces or Invisalign then stop into Bluebird Orthodontics! The office is very clean, Dr. Frank is personable, intelligent and really listens to her patients. She is very empathetic! Lisa her Office Manager is so nice, very friendly and always helpful! I highly recommend this office and will refer Blue Bird Orthodontics to all my friends who live near and far!

Absolutely love this place and everyone here! The previous owners however I did not like but now that they are out of this business I definitely give this place five stars! Dr. Frank has dealt with my braces for as long as I can remember and she definitely is very nice and keeps you posted along your braces journey. The office staff is extremely nice as well and overall the atmosphere I get here is awesome! I definitely recommend this place but if your going to come here just make sure to call and see if they accept insurance of course! Wish this type of doctor was a normal doctor so I could see
