Get Hot Yoga
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs (Warrenville/Naperville area) and worked in the busy city of Chicago for 10 years. It was exhausting! In 2010 I moved to Milwaukee, fell in love with the "laid-back" Wisconsin lifestyle, and the rest is history! I have a career in Mutual Fund Administration and completed my MBA in 2014.

I find my happy place on my mat after enduring long days at the office. I am grateful to have found yoga to balance the many stresses that I, like many, face on a day to day basis. I have always been active, with a particular love for gymnastics. I was amazed when I attended my first HOT power yoga class and learned about the playful and invigorating side to yoga.
Services
At Get Hot Yoga, we heat our studio using infrared heating panels also known as radiant heat. These panels emit a therapeutic heat that directly permeates the body, alleviating aches, increasing circulation and offers a whole range of benefits! It is also one of the most eco-friendly heating systems available!
1 person (the host) signs up for the private class and chooses up to 9 guests to attend class with them. Masks are required (during the mask requirement, heat will be set at 85 degrees rather than our standard 95 degrees). Choose your style: Beginners Yoga, Advanced, Restorative etc. Teacher will teach at your desired pace!

My first time here..was really looking forward to taking this yoga class and after signing in I was locked out! I tried making eye contact with the outdoor yoga teacher but she completely ignored me! Bad place.

Really great studio, floor is heated and heat comes from ceiling. Clean, very tranquil environment.

I definitely appreciate this studio for being open during these times. For people like me (#momlife), yoga is an essential business (a much-needed escape)! Also, I appreciate that this studio was incredibly diligent with COVID protocols. There was a temperature check upon arrival, masks were required for class, and your own props (if needed) were required. The heat in the room was not too high, which made doing yoga with a face mask bearable. It was still pretty awkward though. Mindy is an excellent instructor and I would love to attend her class again. One of my favorite things about an instructor

I was 3 minutes late to a class I drove 20 minutes to and the doors were locked. It was beyond irritating. If you are going to be late, just don't go.

Wow I had a great experience with Get Hot Yoga. My girlfriend and I were craving a hot yoga session and heard this was a good spot. We arrived a little early to fill out the waivers, as first time visitors, and got a feel for the (clean + relaxing) studio. There were 7 people signed up for the 9am class with us, so plenty of open space which was nice. The yoga room isn't heated the way I've seen other Hot Yogas studio heated... this place has this panels that release heat downward and it's great! It's not at all humid, but you still definitely get very warmed muscles and a nice

"it's a dry heat."

I ventured a little away from home to come here and I'm very glad I did. It's another studio on class pass and while a bit of a drive, it's on my work route and they offer classes at unusual times....530 am on weekdays and late sat afternoons.

They specialize in hot yoga, which ends up being a little dryer (and not quite as toasty) as some other places I've been.

when getting there, I'd look for street parking. The studio is in the little mall area with Starbucks and qdoba and shares the building with The Breadsmith (yes you'll

I've been coming here for over a year and loving it! The class times are somewhat limited if you don't work standard 9-5 hours and are looking for midday, weekday classes, but the quality of instructors and value of the class more than makes up for this, in my opinion! If you catch a sale you can get really great prices on class passes, and the new student deal is one of the best around! I bring everyone I know who will go with me!!

Cute hot yoga studio in Tosa Village. If you're looking to build strength and flexibility in a welcoming environment, this is your place. I've taken classes from Inga, Terra and Michelle and all have been different and inspiring in their own way.
Great introductory package for new students to find the instructors and classes that work for them.
Pros: Clean space, great instructors with diverse teaching styles, multiple classes throughout the day and week.
Cons: Parking can be a challenge in the area, studio fills up and leaves little elbow room during peak times.

Located above Breadsmith, (yes you can smell the warm bread from downstairs) I love coming to Get Hot Yoga when I'm home for the holidays! This cozy studio is the perfect addition to the Tosa Village. The instructors at this studio will push you, but also highly encourage doing what works best for your body. While the room is heated, it's not stifling hot or humid so you'll work up a sweat but won't feel faint by the end of class (always a plus.) Parking is easy during early morning classes, but the parking lot can definitely get crowded in the evenings. Highly recommend trying

Great yoga studio! I did Bikram for many years and always struggled to find it "enjoyable". Hot yoga is a totally new experience and the heat is perfect; dry and not at all humid. I've enjoyed the different instructors I've worked with but must say Michelle is my favorite. I always leave her class with a new prospective and peaceful demeanor.

Have been to four classes, all with different teachers. I've loved them all! Cute new studio in a rather small space. The radiant tile heat is perfect. I've been in hot yoga in the past where the humidity is unbearable, this studio gets it right. Also love the online booking via website or app. Will continue to practice here!

Get hot yoga was the first place I ever tried hot yoga. I have found a new found love, and could never go back to regular. This studio is super cute and in a great location. Parking can be a little difficult, but that's expected in a busy area. The instructors are super nice, and I definitely will be back.

I've been attending one class per week for the past four weeks now. I absolutely love this yoga studio! I've taken classes with both Inga and Mindy- they are both fantastic! Both challenge me in different ways. I always leave a session feeling accomplished and in such a great headspace.
I think my favorite thing about this studio is the heating source. They use radiant heat tiles that are mounted on the ceiling so it is a dry rather than humid heat. I have pretty bad asthma so I can't do much humidity without my asthma acting up so this place is perfect for me. Even though I sweat
