Comments: Cats and Dogs are welcome at the property with additional pet rent. No more than two pets are allowed per apartment. Cat pet rent is $35 per month. Dog pet rent is $65 per month. Breed restrictions apply, please contact the leasing office for additional details. Residents must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records; including weight and a picture of the pet prior to approval.

To many people whom own dogs and don't pick up after them. Stair wells are covered in dried up dog urine. Lights where changed in the parking lot and now makes it to dark to see . However people are nice leasing office pleasant and friendly and responsive. Maintenance friendly professional and always kind to answer questions .

We have only been here a couple short months but our experience thus far has been very positive. The front office and maintenance staff are very attentive. And the buildings and grounds are well maintained and clean. Great proximity to shopping and beaches too. I would certainly recommend living here!

We’ve lived here for 3 years now (two different units— went from a 2b to a 3b) and have had a great experience. The management staff is welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is also very friendly, and equally important, they are fast! The community is close-knit. The landscaping has seen major improvements this year. And you can’t beat the location! Close to everything you could need!
