We love living here! We became residents about 7 months ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. Everyone here is so friendly, kind, and helpful to one another. We love taking advantage of the community room with it's television, games, books, drinks, and WiFi. And the rooftop deck is a wonderfully serene place to hang out in the warmer months. John, who is the maintenance manager, is an absolute GEM of a man. He is so efficient, helpful, and responsive to residentissues. Everything is always nice and clean, everyone is always smiling, and it's located right downtown in West Concord

I cannot say enough positive things about living in Brookside Square!! And I'm known to be quite loquacious so... I'll give you 5 today and 5 tomorrow and 5 the next day...
1. John Maloney... property manager extraordinaire! ⚡️ 2. A lounge with a communal book shelf with REAL books... a place for my over flow. 😅 3. 👅 food and treats: Deborah's "natural gourmet," Wade's "R2BC," Kristin Canty's "woods hill table," salt box kitchen, nashoba brooks bakery, the 99, tea cakes all in my back yard 4. Unlimited parking spots outside and designated inside the winterized garage
