Built in 1976, St. Stephen's Towers Apartments in Lynn is a 130 apartment community for active seniors 62 years of age and older. St. Stephen's includes studios and one and two bedroom apartments. This community boasts an extensive managed-care program in collaboration with Greater Lynn Senior Services which provides home care and adult foster care, as well as extended hours of service.
St. Stephen's offers an array of services to its residents including an evening meal program that operates two nights a week, life-line services and adult educational programs. Amenities include a common laundry suite, two community rooms, high-speed internet access, on-site professional management and maintenance, as well as assigned parking.

Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the Rental Application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older. This community has an affordable rental program.

This is a very clean and nice building to live. professional caring office worker's.building manager Linda Hooley and her assistant Bldg Mngr Susan iare the best as well as the maintenance crew of neihan and slacko people who live at St.Stephens tower are very kind and respectful clean area safe and very secure
