I have used their service to get mortgages for my home and rental houses for about 6 years. All are pleasant experiences. From my initial phone call to A-Z Mortgage, all the way through closing, these folks did an outstanding job of getting me pre-approved, through the whole process smoothly to closing. I had a very good experience obtaining a mortgage through A-Z mortgage. Amy Zhou’s knowledge and experience allowed me to purchase my property at the best rate possible. I wanted to buy an investment property, but the first lender I contacted said that they could only offer a mortgage rate significantly above the market rate. However, when I contacted A-Z mortgage, Amy Zhou took the time to examine all my financial information and found a way to get me a much better rate.

Completely unprofessional. They cold called me tonight at 8:32PM. I kindly asked to be removed from their callers list and they asked why. I stated simply because its 8:32PM and it's completely unacceptable to spam-call someone this late. The person on the phone said it's their "working hours" yet they are located in the same time zone as me. I wouldn't trust these jokers with a single penny.
