On a daily basis we post the lowest current mortgage rates published from over a dozen lenders. It is our goal to publish current interest rates by 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, at time we may not get the lenders rate sheet until much later due to the unstable financial market conditions when the stock market opens.

I have been in the finance industry for over 20 years and a mortgage loan office over 10 years. Prior to being a mortgage loan officer, I was a branch and area manager at Citibank in Rockville and I also worked for a nonprofit that assisted clients with debt and financial problems.
