Services
Generally speaking, you can purchase a home with a value of two or three times your annual household income. However, the amount that you can borrow will also depend upon your employment history, credit history, current savings and debts, and the amount of down payment you are willing to make. You may also be able to take advantage of special loan programs for first time buyers to purchase a home with a higher value.
Please note that prequalification is different from a preapproval. Prequalification gives you an estimate of how much you may be able to borrow. Preapproval, on the other hand, indicates that you have been approved for a set loan amount prior to property selection. If you don't know what your property taxes and insurance will be, leave this section blank.

Best place to get help with buying and financing a new house. They offered the lowest interest rates I have found and the employees are all very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate the times I gave.

Felt bad for the last reviewer. Home purchasing is already stressful without added roadblocks! Thankful that I got a referral from my sister to work with Ms Ning Zhang. Ms. Zhang was beyond professional AND expeditious in her execution. We closed within 30 days and she had our applications done within a week! And ready to go waiting on everyone else. If only we had received the top notch reminders from our title company, I think we would have had the dream thing. But things worked out at the end. Ms. Ning is really #1 in what she does and one of the hardest workers I've ever met. She actively engaged with the lender to refinance our loan at a lower rate and waived the costing cost. What other company in the world will advocate for you for free and looking out at your best interest? She even found a title company that came out to us! during COV-19 and right before the holiday! This is truly the best services I've ever received. Ms. Zhang will be our forever mortgage lender. I don't think I can say that about any other business. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed

Please stay away from this company at any cost. They promise one thing and deliver another. I was told that I would close on time, but was delayed because of their ineffectiveness which resulted another $2000 from my pocket. They will put you through hell before the loan is approved. I worked with Nancy Han who was horrendous. She had no clue about what she was doing. Stay away
