Chicken breast with smoked mozzarella and roasted sweet peppers in a champagne cream sauce. Boneless slices of turkey breast baked in the oven and finished with drizzle of herb fusion, served with gravy and cranberry sauce. Lean beef, baby shallots, mushrooms, bouquet garni braised slowly in burgundy wine till fork tender.

Edit: wasn’t able to contact company at first after a few phone calls, Owner responded to phone call and called back saying the company was still in service and took our order. Will update after we receive the order

We had a party for 80 and we ordered food from chef George, I cannot begin to tell you the overwhelming positive response I got from my friends about the food! I loved the taste of the food, it was delicious, as I walked around to say hi to every one, I noticed many of plates were scraped clean! We could not be happier with our experience with chef George food!

I hosted an event and I used this caterer to deliver the food. I wanted a variety of cuisines to serve about 60 people. So I ordered Italian package for 30 people and Mexican Fajita package also for 30 people, so I ended up with a wide variety of delicious options. Will use Catering R Us again! Highly recommended!
