Franco Vitella Catered Affairs did an amazing job on my client's recent wedding and they were a DREAM to work with. They saved the day by taking on the event 2 weeks out. Due to flooding we had to move the wedding from its original venue (a full service venue that included catering) to a raw space where you need to bring in all food and beverage and rentals. Christine immediately jumped into action, quickly putting together a sample menu, confirming staffing, and rentals, and made time to meet with the couple and tour the venue. I can not say enough fabulous things about Chef Franco, Ally, and their team! The food was incredible. It looked delightful and was amazingly delicious. It was evident to us and our guests that Chef Franco is an artist. Ally was wonderful before, during, and after the event. Christine and Franco were on POINT. We hired them to cater our brunch wedding on October 18, 2018. A few months prior to the event, Chef Franco treated us to a tasting. He took the time to meet with us and go over every single item. From that point, we worked with Christine. She was a wonderful addition to our special day. She was responsible not only for food, but she was responsible for food, staff, furniture ordering, linens & cleanup. She helped me every step of the way. The day of the event, the entire team worked efficiently to make it a very memorable event. They are friendly, kind, accommodating

Truly, if we could give 10 stars to Vitella, we would! We were married at the Loft at Jack's Barn on 6/24/18, and Vitella made our day the wedding of our dreams. Firstly, they kept in touch with us weekly up to the day of the event. I had every confidence they cared that our day was special and memorable. The staff is very professional and as efficient and invisible as they need to be. Now, the food...the FOOD!!!! I don't have enough superlatives. Chef Franco and his staff put on a five course dinner at my house for a small party. It was fabulous! From the moment they arrived, they were kind, professional and respectful. The staff took care of EVERYTHING and my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. The house looked the same when they left, as it did when they arrived.
The menu was well thought out and the food was excellent!
The staff would take the time describe each dish as it was brought out and were very attentive. They did not rush us and made sure that we were relaxing and having a good time.
