Caring for your pet like our own is not just a profession to us. To us, healing is a sacred purpose. That is why we believe in setting a higher standard of excellence for your pet's veterinary care. That is why we learn and train, every day, to set new standards and reach new heights. That is why we bring in specialists for complicated cases and surgeries.
And that is why, every time you walk out of here, you walk out knowing your pet received the best medicine imaginable. Because when it comes to love, we wouldn't dream of ever giving you less. Here, your dog or cat will receive gold-standard medicine. But it's the way we care that truly sets us apart.

Services
The team at Grandview Animal Hospital & Animal Rehabilitation Center believes in making a difference in your life. Our medical team provides consistent and compassionate care. Our customer care team will greet you with a smile and works closely with our manager to make sure you feel welcome during your visit.
Caring for cats can seem simple but we ask our clients to think like a cat and explore ways to improve their cat's quality of life. We focus on environmental enrichment, troubleshooting behavior issues and early detection of disease. Nutrition, exercise, mental stimulation and litterbox habits are topics to explore as we work together to keep your cats happy and healthy.
Let's work together to squash the idea that cats HATE the vet! We take the care and handling of our feline friends very seriously. Cats learn and repeat behaviors that result from stressful situations so a little work on the front end can lay the groundwork for a lifetime of success. Be prepared and informed about what makes your kitty tick and work to minimize stressors at home long before you pull out the carrier.
Your Love Kittens are wonderful! They are curious, athletic, daring and fearless bundles of energy. They can provide hours of entertainment and an abundance of joy. Kitten behavior highlights why we love cats and should challenge us all to provide an environment that encourages, stimulates and nurtures that behavior.
The Loop Feeding cats shouldn't be complicated but as owners and caregivers we often struggle with adjusting our cat's feeding schedule and diet. What works for a kitten may not work for the adult cat and what we try for the group may not work for each individual. Success depends on treating and feeding cats like cats.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
Amanda Bailey was beyond rude and disrespectful towards my cat and I. She didn’t help my cat with his problems at all. She was very unprofessional she gave me not a real vet vibes. I do not recommend this vet, I recommend going to a vet that actually does what Vets are supposed to do.

I love, love Grandview Animal Hospital. They are thorough, responsive, professional, and care about your animals. They have been flexible when it comes to our two dogs, one of which is very scared of being around other dogs, so they always accommodate us with getting her into a room quickly to avoid other animals. They have quickly responded to me when our other dog was having stomach issues and quickly set us up with a special food and probiotic to get us through the weekend and see if that helped (it did). We have been nothing but happy about their services and would recommend them to anyone

This review concerns the rehab center they run next door to the hospital. My general complaint is that the money spent is not worth the outcome. I bought into the 10 visit package at $630 for 10 visits. Had already paid for the first $70 visit plus some suplements , all in all almost $900. anyway the result was minimal. they were almost too careful with my dog as far as getting her to do the exercises. they even admitted the first 3 or 4 visits didn't accomplish anything because my dog was not cooperating. I can understand that to a point but I felt they should have given me some extra time

My regular vet found an abnormality with my kitten, and suggestion was humane euthanasia. It was something we'd discussed in the past due to her issues, but I posted about it to get some feedback from friends (we could possibly do surgery, but it would likely be very expensive since it would be specialty).
One of my friends recommended I try GAH to see if there was anything they could do. I brought her in, they checked her out, and it turned out it wasn't what the vet had thought! Dr Snyder had a hunch, and she was right! It was something totally different and much, much easier to fix! They fixed

When our almost 2-year old golden retriever was diagnosed with severe bilateral hip dysplasia we were devastated! He needed one hip replacement sooner vs later, and we chose to wait 7 months for the newest technology in hip sets. While waiting, we took our dog to Grandview Animal Hospital and Rehabilitation Center to help with his pain and prepare him for surgery.
Dr. Snyder is brilliant and constantly adding new techniques, science, research, medicine and equipment to increase the chances of successful outcomes. Our dog goes once a week for laser, acupuncture (every 2 weeks), aqua treadmill

The staff is always friendly, nice & knowledgable. I wish my dang animals would quit getting sick all of the time but it's nice to know that GAH is there for us when we need it. My chihuahua papillon mix was sick last week and had to stay overnight at the vets for IV fluids. I felt totally comfortable leaving him there & they even let my husband & I come visit after we dropped him off, a whole 24 hours before we were even able to pick him up!

I took my dog for the first time. We just move to MO. The vet took the time to throughly examine our pooch.
I am very excited to know that this vet is so close to home. I have been through a lot of vets back where I came from just because it always seemed they wanted me to tell them what I wanted looked at.
She took the time to find any other issues that may need addressed and gave us more information than we have had before.
I recommend the practice to anyone.
Update:
Once again they go above and beyond.
I found two stray dogs over this last weekend and they took the time out to come check
