My fiance and I rented From Elmir back in 2008 and to this day he was by far the best landlord we have had. He was actually caring and made it a point to come to the apartment building at least once a week to check in and make any necessary repairs even though he lives out in Leominster. I have lived in Simov Properties for several years now.

Not professional and not responsive would never recommend to work with. Thinks like a person who doesn't know what to do to get the job done. Waste of time. A loser Found him vindictive and pressured me to retract honest review. Says he goes after all negative reviews with furor. Will do anything and everything to go after me.His temperament shows he should not be dealing with the public.Should be avoided at all costs. This was a one day relationship. His response was filled mostly half- truths and lies. My review stands 100%

Applied for an apartment once with this landlord a few years back. I applied through a website. When he contacted me he did t identify himself as the owner, landlord, or being affiliated with paylowrentni initially. He asked for an excessive amount of information, and became very argumentative when I declined interest eventually as a result. This was a 1 day business transaction.
I was not denied for this apartment as a tenant, it was my decision to not do business further due to the aggressive nature of this landlord and the excessive information he was asking for. It made me incredibly uncomfortable

My landlord/owner was great. Anything I needed he fixed ASAP, alway gave 24-48hrs in advance if entering.. Very curtious if it didn't work for my schd. Apartments are Very Nice and Reasonable. I definitely would rent from him again. At that time he was able to give me three parking spaces which I needed for my older children to drive to school and college & to work. Areas were always plowed and trash removal was never a problem.

I have to agree that the application process was easy and the landlord did respond quickly to inquiries. However, the condition of the apartment I lived in was very poor. Little to no insulation and an inefficient heating system made utilities outrageous during the winter months, not to mention, very cold. You might be paying $700 to $800 for a place in Athol with this guy, but any savings will likely be offset by the cost of utilities. After promising to "look into" proper insulating when we first met, nothing ended up being done by the landlord. Additionally, he can be very confrontational

This man asks you for all your information after an application then calls your landlord gets a great reference and Harasses your landlord just for him to turn around and turn down your application because you are getting help paying first last and security what sense does that mean? Would not recommend searching for an apartment thro

It's been 4 months, I've found a beautiful apartment that is affordable and I'm still not removing this review. Also, address mentioned below was never mine but that was a great try. Have a blessed one.

During my apartment hunt I received an anonymous STRING of 7 text messages instructing me to send my complete credit information to an obscure email address. My two reply texts inquiring as to which property he was messaging me about went unanswered. Then when I requested a secure email communication, in lieu of texting, I was told that I don't know how to follow the instructions given to me via text and that he would need that to know who I am.
If you don't know who I am why are you messaging me...?

After bothering me through text message to take the bad review down. I had to block his number. Elmir S. then sent me a yelp message again threatening to publicly reply to my review. He tried to bribe me with offering to look at my paperwork. Um...no thank you, I told him for a person to think to the extreme that I would disrespect his property because I had sent a text was not a landlord I would want to have. However, great news! Shortly after dealing with that, I had the pleasure of working with a company called KMS Solutions! They were great! They didn't ask for text messages and responded
