Over the past year I have seen great devel. I cannot believe how much Ivanna has grown throughout this year. She has dealt with a lot of things in school, such as bullies, and in the beginning of the year she didn't know how or what to do besid. She uses the appropriate manners daily and has become very helpful around the house with chores. I really like the "Chat on the Mat" talks.

My son was a shy and a self conscious child. When we joined Holden martial arts it helped him immensely. He has built self confidence, strength, and learned discipline. His anxiety became something easy to control and it has also helped with memory. The staff is amazing, friendly and supportive. It was one of the best decisions I have made for my son.

My 9 year old daughter enjoys studying forms and techniques and absolutely loves sparring. She has been a member for 3 years and at her request we recently signed her up for black belt training, a 3 year commitment. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for an activity for a child to get excercise and learn how to have indomitable spirit.

I drive past at least 3 karate studios on my way to Holden Martial Arts. Why? Because they are amazing!!!!! My son had a hard time in the beginning going out on the mat alone but the instructors really helped him and after about 3 classes he was on his own. The instructors make the classes fun and active for the kids and my son always has a smile on his face. I would not take him anywhere else.

One of the best parenting decisions my wife and I ever made was signing up our son at Holden Martial Arts. He’s been a part of HMA since he was 3 years old. The structure, positive reinforcement and teaching methodologies at HMA have greatly influenced his social and emotional development and strongly contributed to his ability to excel in school and other sports. 100% worth every penny and 4 years later he still gets excited to attend class multiple times a week. Modesty, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit!

We were looking for a way to build some confidence for our son and Holden Martial Arts has been awesome. He loves it and leaves class so proud every time. The instructors are really good with little kids, taking the time to give 1:1 coaching during class when it's needed. We're had a great experience so far.
