Pritchard, Jr. We offer a very unique martial arts training experience, striving to offer our students a balance of the best training in their martial arts studies while maintaining a fun, accepting, and positive experience to enrich their lives and embrace their individual strengths.

We believe that our teaching style, the atmosphere of our school, and our family friendly pay-as-you-go system set us apart from other martial arts schools and result in an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming environment. With more than 40 years of martial arts experience and many satisfied students, we have something to offer everyone.
Services
Our style of martial arts has been created by Master Phil throughout the years as he continuously builds on his experience to develop and discover new ideas. The American Concepts style is influenced by many different martial arts methods. It is a blend of Japanese Karate, Shaolin Kempo, and Northern and Southern Kung Fu.
Reiki is a Japanese healing art based on principles that healing energy is channeled through a person by the Reiki practitioner by using a slight touch or hovering of hands activating the natural healing process and to help restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. All living things contain life force/energy.
Training by a certified RAD instructor. This highly effective program teaches techniques & thinking strategies for personal safety and to avoid being victimized - appropriate for all ages. Deeper training in the art of meditation, relaxation, focus, and self-calming aspects of the martial arts ~ developing Chi.
Our school is very unique in many ways. One way is that we offer a "PAY AS YOU GO" system for our classes. We do not require students to sign up for a specific number of classes. We understand that things come up and class may be missed sometimes. Although the students' program is most beneficial to them if they attend every week, if they must miss a class we ask that you call and let us know and we will look forward to seeing you next time.
