A patient is non-ambulatory if they have a permanent or temporarily disabling condition, which precludes transportation in a motor vehicle or motor carrier that has not been modified or created for transporting a person with a disabling condition.

Never on time. When you call to find out where there at you half to call back cause when they tell you to hold on they hang up the phone. They don’t honk there horn when they show up or call. So if you don’t stand there watching for them for a hour then you will miss your ride. My child is supposed to be picked up at 730 to go to school and it’s like 8:15 when they show up. So my child is late everyday to school. Cause I got to use them cause I don’t have a car to take him to school.
