We booked a shuttle for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and everything was very professional and exactly what we were looking for. Matt, the driver, showed up to our home 15 minutes early which was helpful because we had a lot of passengers to organize. The shuttle was much nicer than expected and had a ton of room. Matt then showed up right on time for our departure, although we were running a few minutes late, he patiently waited. The kids said the highlight of the party was the shuttle, go figure!
I would highly recommend this company for their product, professionalism, and price.

I would have left 0 out of 5 stars if I could. This extremely overpriced limo service was the worst limo experience in my entire life. I was looking forward to impressing my family with a nice limo for our first visit to cincinnati, but it was far from impressive. Limo smelled like cigarettes. Only refreshments offered were room temperature plastic water bottles. Cigarette burns all over the carpet. The driver was completely rude. Our bags were basically thrown in the trunk. My wife wanted to ask the driver to pull over so we could call Uber. NEVER USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!! Biggest waste of money
