The cavity they filled fell out a year later while only eating a sandwich. I went to a different dentist and he said the work they did at Progressive was very shoddy. He was much more thorough and said it wouldn't fall out again.
I also had to order a partial for a tooth I lost, and I had to go without a tooth for two weeks. When I went to get the partial, they had ordered the wrong kind and it didn't even fit. So I had to wait another two weeks. Was extremely disappointing. This place is pretty expensive, as most dentists are, and it seems like they try to tell you more and more things to get

Progressive Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is truly a professional, caring, and state of the art dental office. Their staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The clinical assistant are efficient, helpful and gentle with patient care. As for the doctors their expertise, explanation of treatment and professionalism is unremarkable. The best all around dental experience.

After moving to Sykesville from Virginia and leaving the best dentist I've ever had, I dreaded having to find a new dentist. After asking around and reading reviews, I decided to give Progressive a shot. I'm glad I did! The office is humble, the staff friendly, and (two visits down) patient care seems to be the primary focus.
Yolanda and Dr. Mathura have taken care of me both visits. I appreciate their bedside manner.
They accept Delta Dental, and if they didn't-- I'd still pay cash to go. Thanks for the great service!

Ive been going to St Cyrs office for a few years. They had replaced my metal fillings with white amalgam. I was concerned when one had fallen out, but recently another fell out and left a gaping hole in my back tooth. They are refusing to admit they had replaced the filling! They are the only dentists I have gone to for these fillings so it had to be them. They said they would replace it but it would cost over $400 after visits, xrays and then the price for the filling,etc. I have no insurance now, but I do know I will not be returning to them for more of the same incompetance.

I would not let Dr. St Cyr work on my children's stuffed animals, let alone members of my family. This dentist made significant mistakes with my care that constituted malpractice. Despite regular timely check-ups and in-between visits to complain of a problem, he missed an ongoing issue. Over a year later, he "suddenly" found the problem and expected me to commit to expensive, emergency care. I saw two other dentists for second opinions, one a Baltimore Top Doctor, and both said there is no way a competent doctor could have missed this. Treatment cost me over $1000 and multiple visits
